10/10 amazing!
We are always on the lookout for a good burger, and F&P delivered!

So so good, yet simple. Very limited menu- which we love!

Bar staff is great- table seating wouldn’t be our first pick anymore based on the service we’ve received both times we visited.

We tried both desserts- both good. But you MUST try the apple pies! Salty sweet gooey goodness!!!!!

Go check them out! Support local before you get a burger from a clown or the pigtail lady.

Went here on Saturday around 8 pm, was able to park on the main street nearby since the restaurant lot was valet only. The inside is small and it was packed; there were only two seats at the bar left and just one table open, so we opted to sit at the table. We made it in just in time because shortly after we were seated, other people came in so I’m happy we snagged the table. It was raining outside so we couldn’t sit out there. Definitely gives date night vibes here which I really liked.

I decided to try the Patty burger (10/10) it was cheesy, soft, flavorful, and all around delicious. I absolutely loved my burger. The Spicy burger (10/10) was even more flavorful with the relish, definitely getting this one for myself next time l go. I also had the chili cheese fries (8/10) they were hot and fresh, but the chili definitely needed some spicy and I wasn’t a fan of their cut of fries. They were like McDonald fries; I think crinkle fries would’ve been way better. Didn’t try a drink this time, but I plan to when I go back.

Service was good as well, we were frequently checked on by our waitress and they were friendly. I really enjoyed my meal and will def be returning in the future; gonna try and go on a nice weather day so I can sit outside.

My overall rate of experience: 9/10

This joint is a well-oiled operation!!! The burgers and snap dogs are AMAZING!! I had the Mickey Burger – double Patty, cheese good boy sauce, pickles, lettuce, onions on a sesame seed bun!!! The Norfolk Snap Dog offers mustard, spicy brown, relish, onions, add sauerkraut, red onion sauce, chili & shredded cheese!!! BAM!!!!

And the FRIES ( ) are perfection! NO JOKE!!! You can add chili cheese or FP style (grilled onions, goodboy sauce, cheese)

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Food was good, so far best smash burger in town, crispy and soft, cheese and grilled onions was balanced well. I love the banana pudding, it was not too sweet, perfect treat to end the meal. It was just a lil loud when I got there, not the place’s fault. Just a bunch of other patrons who were so loud talking, I got so overstimulated.

Best smashburgers EVER! The edges are lacy and super crispy; absolutely delicious! I DO suggest they up their side game however. If they could incorporate the sweet potato waffle fries from Barrel 17 it would be the PERFECT lunch.

Stellar burgers! Totally get the hype, this was our second try at getting a table and we had an hour wait but the food was so good! We went during the holiday pop-up so I’m sure that contributed to the wait. We loved the festive holiday cocktails and ability to purchase the fun glassware. 10/10 will be back! Fries were also bomb, wish I had more room for dessert.

Frank and Patty’s in the ViBe District is a true smash burger hit! The burgers are juicy, perfectly cooked, and pair beautifully with their crispy shoestring-style French fries. I’ll definitely have to go back soon to explore their cocktail menu—it looks fantastic.
The outdoor dining setup makes this a great spot for families, with a spacious paver patio filled with picnic tables and adorable green umbrellas. Service was friendly and attentive, adding to the welcoming vibe.
Parking can be a bit tight since the restaurant sits on a half-block street, but their valet parking service makes it easy. Love the location—it’s right in the heart of the walkable, creative ViBe District, which adds to the charm.

This place is a must-visit for anyone who loves a good burger! The patties are cooked to perfection. And the seasoning? Absolutely perfect. But it’s not just the burgers that shine – the fresh lemonade is a delicious. And the service? Friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Our server ensured we had a fantastic dining experience. Don’t miss out on this hidden gem – it’s a smash-burger lover’s paradise!

Outstanding little burger dive bar. Music thumps and the menu is simple and to the point. We had the Spicy and the Mickey (their take on a Big Mac) both were outstanding. Fries with chili and cheese on the side and a snap dog with red onion sauce, sauerkraut, relish and mustard. Everything was really good. Next time I’d probably go just red onion sauce and kraut on the dog though

Food:
The spicy burger was really good. It was nice thin patty made fresh. The fries were really good and crispy. I got their signature sauce to dip them in, but they were really good alone too.
The atmosphere: nice, limited seating. I had fast service on a Thursday at 6:30.

Location: It’s kind of hard to find the building it’s tucked away in the middle of a block and you have to take a little Alley, Street or turn in a weird way that you wouldn’t think of a street to get there there are two doors one door with the logo on it next to the alleyway and parking lot is not the door you can take in. It’s locked. You have to take the door that seems like it’s in the back where the outdoor seating is.
