Truly abysmal pizza by any metric you measure pizza. Undercooked and with the consistency of the cheapest imaginable freezer pizza. I ate as much as I did because, well, I ordered food because I was hungry, but it was not an enjoyable experience. Service was attentive, but I was very bitter leaving a tip on food that was both this expensive and this poor.

Our server was great but my steak was not. I asked for medium well but got well done. It was really crispy. I also ordered Bruschetta bread as an appetizer. It was way harder than I ever had. It was like biting into a brick. I wouldn’t mind giving Franco’s another try but I would definitely order a pasta dish instead. My date enjoyed his pasta but he was disappointed in the bread as well.

We had a great time and excellent food! The staff were very friendly and we loved Jamie, our server. You can’t go wrong with the world famoso pasta!

Seems like they are treading water relying on an outdated reputation. I went there on date for a special occasion. Everything about the place is either tacky or outdated. The front room was completely empty and there was no one at the front desk. We had to wait a while just to be told there would be more of a wait. I think it was something like 45 minutes even though the place was empty. We ended up eating at the bar. The drinks were bad, the bartender messed up an old fashioned, the food was marginal. After dinner we went to The Dublin Pub for a beer. We should have skipped to the end.

This was my first time at Franco’s. I had the World Famous Spaghetti with sausage & mushrooms. The flavor was on point, but we must have got the last of the pasta. It was broken pieces an inch long and it left me wishing I had some unbroken noodles and lots more of it. The waitress was non existent and never came back to check if we needed drink refills. We had to ask 3 times for bread with our meal. I was not overly impressed with Franco’s. I may give Franco’s another chance but I will be cautious.

Just had a birthday dinner there, ten of us. The food was as great, as always. The waitress was knowledgeable, professional, and best of all, had a sense of humor! Franco’s has always been a favorite and continues to be.

The BEST service! The Alfredo sauce is absolutely the amazing! I could eat a bowl of just that. The bread is soft & warm. We love Francos and won’t get Italian anywhere else!

I started out with the bruschetta appetizer. It had great flavor, left me wanting more. I would only split this between 2 maybe 3 people, you only get 5 pieces. For an entree, I had the shrimp scallopini which tasted amazing! Our waitress was very lovely and personable. Overall a good atmosphere and great food. The Alfredo pasta was lacking a bit though.

I took my wife here in our third date over 7 years ago. Just last week I took my mother, my wife and 10 other family memeber here for .others day dinner. It did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and paid attention to the small things, like having the mothers order first and serving them first. The staff also new the menu with out hesitation, and the bus boy was also super kind and courteous.

Came into town (Sat Aug 5) and checked online for a local place to eat. Came upon Franco’s and thought we’d give it a try. Made reservations for an hour out and showed up on time. Place was about 1/4 full and outside about half full. Another couple without a reservation was told it would be a 20 min wait and they left. No idea why, the place wasn’t even busy. Turned away a perhaps $60 check for no reason. Hmm. Anyway, we sat outside. Nice area, except for numerous loud vehicles passing by. Food was good, but not very flavorful, surprisingly. I had lasagna and it seemed the noodles were over cooked. Everything seemed mushy. My GF had chicken parm and it was pretty good. Service was OK. Server came out and took care of us but never asked how things were. Overall OK, nothing special. Ordered cheesecake for dessert and then were told there was none left. Couldn’t have had much to start I guess. So we ordered peanut butter pie, which was delicious. So overall OK but I’m not sure I’d recommend it if anyone were to ask. Not sure if it was an off night. IDK.
