The customer service was below par. I asked what sizes the pizzas come in, he said “all of them”. I ordered an extra large pepperoni pizza and he said it would take 30 minutes, I got there 30 minutes later and the pizza was cold. When I paid for it he pretty much guilt tripped me into leaving a tip.

We ordered an Xtra large Supreme pizza that we tried to eat and the dough was raw. We are both sick now. I wouldn’t feed this pizza to my dog. Will never order again. It is the 3rd time we ordered from Fox’s in Midland and it has been gross.

If anyone has ordered from inside Fox’s You have probably seen me at one time or another. I love my job there. I also love the food. On some days we do have some hickups. Everyone makes mistakes. If for some reason we did not get your order correct please give us a call and we will try to fix it. Some days are busier that others. The best part about this place it that everything is made to order. It is not sitting under heating lights staying warm. Fresh food takes time to make. Fresh food not fast food. My personal favorite is their fresh made pepperoni rolls with marinara. Soo yummy! So stop in and see me sometime!

Ordered a medium pizza with mushrooms and a whole Italian hoagie. Neither were fully cooked. Also the delivery driver did not have change. I don’t get that at all. I understand some hiccups but to me it is a problem with management. Everything should come out the same every time. Consistency. I appreciate small business and always try to support local small business. This just does not make sense. Also tried to call back and got no answer.

Have given this place 5 tries only because the 3rd time it was good but since and before that 1 time they have messed every order up and tip IF YOUR OUT OF THE WING SAUCE SAY IT! We got 2 orders of the sweet and spicy wings and one wing I mean ONE WING had sauce on it in both and the rest of the box was dry and the pizza barely has sauce or cheese this place is a joke and the manager and owner does not care about this business we will just drive back to Beaver… So to the owner and your response I am working just as much during these times trust me your workers aren’t the only ones and I appreciate that they are but why work if you aren’t going to do your job correctly they need to focus more on making the pizzas right and making sure they are cooked all the way and when they are out of things informing the customer and not just making it and trying to make it better after the fact not sure if its poor training or ignorance I mean someone almost burnt it down days after it opened due to ignorance and giving it time I was hoping it would get better but obviously not.

Ordered the other day, 2 small pizzas. When it was delivered, all the toppings slid off the pizza and were in a corner of the box. The pizzas were overall soggy and probably the nastiest pizza I’ve ever eaten. I for one will never buy pizza from them again. Very disappointed because it’s pretty much the only pizza place that delievers where we live. I’ve had good pizza from other fox restaurants but this one was totally fowl. Should have gotten my money back but it is what it is, just wont eat there anymore!

Finally!!!! A Great Pizza place in Midland!! The sauce, the dough, the crispy pepperoni, everything about your pizza is FANTASTIC!!! It’s really fresh tasting, it was hot and delicious when my husband and I picked it up!! Way better than any pizza around!! The BEST!!!

Only giving one star because I can’t give less. The food is very good, but DO NOT under any circumstances give them your card info over the phone. An employee there immediately turned around and used our account for two online gaming purchases of $111 each. Fortunately our bank caught it asap and cancelled our card, so good luck using it again D-bag.
