When I called I was greeted by “Hello”. Hard to review this Stromboli. Took an 1 hour and 20 minutes to arrive here. Only a mile away from the store. Stromboli is cool and bland without heat. So much for that. Won’t order here again. No wonder they shut down before and reopened. Tipped the driver because I’m nice. 1 star for extremely slow delivery and cold Stromboli. Whatever cheap ingredients they use now is worrisome. I hit two bones from what I assume was in the cheap diced ham. I threw it in the dumpster.

Ordered a wedge and it took an hour because the server that took my money left for the day and no one else bothered to help me. After grabbing someone, my wedge was brought out but it was very cold and ingredients were missing. I had to wait for another one and after putting his bare hands all over the original sandwich, he told me to go ahead and keep it. REALLY? I will not be back simply because the guy acted like he could care less and that it happened all the time.

I just left fox’s pizza restaurant and was quite dissapointed with their food, customer service, and environment. Not only were their boneless wings unsatisfactory but it took them over 10 minutes to place a BLT order in, mess up that order, and reorder it just for us to leave without it. We had to wave down another waitress because we could not find our original waitress.A child (unattended in the middle of the restaurant with no supervision) countinued to make loud fart noises with his mouth and whistling. This child must be related to the owner because his books were laid across a table like he was staying until closing time. No apologies were given when we complained to the owner and waitress. Maybe they should learn how to run a business before opening it back up.

Have eaten here several times recently, good pizza and stromboli. Delivery takes a while but I was told when I ordered it would be about an hour and it was a little less than that. Do not eat at this restaurant. I ordered my food and wanted it delivered to me house. I got a call back for the manager or owner telling me that they do not deliver my area. I proceeded to ask why when I have had food deliver from them before. He said my area was a “high risk area” which it is not!!! I area does not have a lot of crime. So I told the manager that he was wrong and then he got loud with me and started yelling. I was so mad when he started yelling at me and when I told him that he has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and told him that Myself or anyone else I know well eat there again! once I said that he hung the phone up in my face. I honestly hope this restaurant closes.

Best pizza in town by far. The price is a little more than other pizza joints but one bite and you will know where that extra little bit went. Try the Big One. That is one massive pizza. Have to order a day in advance though. Yeah, it is that spectacular.
