I ordered a pizza and cheseticks here for delivery. The total came to 32$. When the slip arrived with the pizza, including a 6 dollar tip, the price went to 47$. Bunch of extra garbage fees and that was the end of me ever getting anything delivered. Pick up at John’s across the street, much better pizza, best in the area and better prices.

Look, we’re all underpaid, but the last thing i want is another mediocre pizza because the employees there are underpaid and over stressed. Pay them better. Im also underpaid at my job and a better pizza would help my days, too. It’s a vicious cycle but it sucks to see a local company chain being just as corporate as any other company. How much profit does Fox’s make in a year again? Google it.

Absolutely horrible service. First and last time ordering from Saltsburg. Spring church will get ALL of my business for now on. Ordered and paid online, order was to be ready at 6. Arrived about 5 minutes early, took around 7 minutes for anyone to even come to the counter to wait on me. My food wasn’t even started yet. Workers spent more time standing around talking than working on food orders. The woman taking food out of the oven was to busy talking on her cell phone and disappeared leaving food ready to fall on the floor as it was being pushed out of the oven, the delivery boy came in and was rushing around trying to do her job as she came back out still talking on her cell phone trying to take food off with one hand being her phone was in her other. The only one wearing gloves was the delivery boy. My food was finally ready at 6:15. Everything was overcooked and burnt.

Good toppings, good crust, but I swear the pizza sauce is sour every time I get one. Shorted me a 2 liter, I said well can’t you go back and bring it back , he made out like he had 50 deliveries and excused me with the line of they’ll credit you back at the store, I had to call it in manually, you can’t tell me everybody in saltsburg and neighboring areas were ordering fox’s pizza den that day , but other than that they’re straight

Ordered for pickup online said 35min wait time my boyfriend went down to pick up the food he sat down there for an hour while people stood around and talked when I got my food the pizza was undercooked the salad had more cheese then anything else and the lettuce was soggy and brown the brownie was burnt and inedible. Apparently no managers were working either. Will never order there again!

You have to watch who’s working. Half the food is non edible Because they either burn it or it’s just rotten. Don’t order salads! You’re guaranteed to throw half of it away. if the owners, Dom, or Shana is working there then you will get good food. Otherwise save your money and order from John’s pizza across the street.

We ordered food last night and paid for it with a card. Called an hour and a half later to check on our order. They never received our order. We never received any food. But were charged $45. We will never bother with this place again.
