If you ever drive through the small town of Fate, you MUST check out Four Czech’s. If you’re wanting some delicious breakfast during the week or after church on Sunday, you have to get there EARLY! There have been several occasions where the bakery has been sold out, the food there is truly amazing. My son loves coming here on the weekends, and we truly love this restaurant and the very sweet people who work here.

A new bakery opened in Fate, TX today, the Four Czechs Bakery. They have Klobisniks (sausage and/or cheese wrapped in a pastry) and Kolaches (fruit and/or cream cheese filled pastries). The reception they received from the people in Fate, TX was unbelievable!!! The line of customers was out the door and down the street all morning. They sold out 3 times. We managed to get 6 sausage & cheese Klobisniks (that was all they had left when we finally got in). They are the BEST sausage and cheese pastry I’ve ever had. I can’t wait until I have the opportunity to try their kolaches. I highly recommend the Four Czechs Bakery in Fate,TX.

Fantastic! Authentic! Kolaches done right! Being a Czech family, we appreciate good kolaches and I can honestly say these are some of the best we have had. There are many posers (Czech stop, kolache factory, etc.), But when you have a true kolache, you will understand why they are legendary!

We just happened to drive by this adorable bakery and decided to stop. It was total Fate, and we are glad we did! Four siblings run the bakery as a family, and they are super nice. We came a little after 11, and they were almost sold out. We tried the strawberry, Nutella, ham and cheese, and sausage and jalapeño. They were all great. The bread was buttery and delicious. We will definitely be back.
