Located in Denver’s Dairy Block, For[a]ged is a Sushi bar, hot kitchen and lounge/bar. Our menu showcases globally sourced ingredients focused on sushi, traditional Japanese sharing plates in modern lounge vibe. Elevated private Omakase chef tastings are also available at our sushi chef kitchen. Bar features hand-crafted signature cocktails, exclusive beer options, extensive whiskey collection and diverse wine selection highlighting wines exclusively bottled for For[a]ged by winemaker Jesse Katz. For[a]ged features two levels, comprised of a mezzanine, a dining room, and a private dining lounge under a world class color-changing chandelier made from 370,000 handwoven crystals.

you HAVE TO come by during their happy hour menu (4-6) the prices are a steal for the quality you get. The rolls have great flavor and the gyozas are nice and crispy on the bottom. The drinks are great too- we tried the avocado fizz and the morning dew. We came two days in a row on our vacation it was that good and we have high expectations with our sushi/ drinks. The indoor seating is elegant and comfortable. We also loved our bartender/ server!

The ambience and service were on point, the gyoza was the shining star of our selections. We actually left a fair share of what we ordered on the table. Huge selection of spirits and sexy ambiance on the front side of the Dairy block. Glad we tried it out but not feeling overly inspired to return.

Absolutely amazing food!! Service was beyond amazing! Wish they were in Texas that restaurant would have been booked with reservations. We were there for a week, everything recommended just wasn’t good. If you do visit Denver or live in Colorado definitely try this place out! Worth every penny. We bought at least 8 different menu items loved them all! No photos of the food we were way to focused on eating 🙂

My mind is blown. The oysters are some of the best I’ve ever had and they’re HUGE. The flavor is there. The rainbow roll and the spider roll are delicious. This is definitely a new go-to place for me. Come eat here!!

Good ingredients, bad execution. Very bad food. They should hire a new sushi chef with more experience to redesign recipes, in general the food is very spicy, the Tartar is imposible to eat. Service was attentive. Empty on a Saturday night.
