The customer service was great. Their salad bar had such a good variety of all different kinds of fresh appetizers, salads, and sides. The meats were all cooked and seasoned to perfection. The staff was timely and professional. Their wine promotions were amazing! The chocolate molten cake was perfect. 10/10 would recommend.

This was a first time experience for me. I came here for dinner with coworkers and I did not know what to expect since it was new to me. We reserved a private dining room so it was nice just being in an environment where it was only us. It felt more personal that way. We started off with salads which were delicious. Also had a few drinks which is nice for a get together kind of event. The meats they brought out were delicious! It almost felt never ending in a way, but I’m definitely NOT complaining! The desserts they offered were also amazing. Lots of options to appeal to different peoples preferences. I would love to visit again!!!

5 stars is not enough. The service is as outstanding as the food. You start with a really great salad bar with two kinds of bacon. Everything is so tempting but you need to save room for the meat course. The meat is perfection especially the rib eye. There’s also cheese bread and plantains. The dessert menu is extra but is one of the lengthier ones I’ve ever seen. We got ours to go. As I said earlier, the service is excellent. This place is a must go. You’ll thank me after.

OK I can’t say enough about this place we love it we went for our Anniversary and had a great time so we back yesterday for my husband’s birthday and to our surprise they got a New Salad Bar It looked so Amazing the people were nice they remembered us We brought some friends of ours and we really had a good time and my husband really enjoyed his Birthday So Thank You for always making us feel so special Our friends really love the place and had a good time also

The meats are too much salted, but otherwise very good as expected. The service is somewhat a bit lacking at the expected level. Understandably the salad bar is closed due to Covid, but one can order it with the server. I didn’t like most of the salads I got, but that is because it was someone else picking for me. We’ll come back post Covid to get a real feel for the salad bar.

This place was mediocre. We booked it for a company dinner after work(10+ people) and the restaurant manager refused to seat our group until the person with the company card showed up. Unusual to say the least. My coworkers were Korean so they didn’t understand the menu. They asked for some recommendations on the wine menu. The manager proceeds to recommend the most expensive wine on the menu.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fogueira Gaúcha, and I have to say that it exceeded my expectations in every way. The food was absolutely delicious – I had the bacon wrapped steak and it was cooked to perfection, with just the right balance of seasoning and flavors. The customer service was also top-notch – our server was attentive, friendly, and helpful in guiding us through the menu.

Service was great the bathroom experience completely ruined everything. Saturday evening we wanted to give it a try over the competition because the location is ideal. At the beginning service was great, we were tipping the staff they were super attentive. The food was okay. Then after a few drinks had to use the restroom. When I say it was horrific in the whole sense of the word. The smell was so bad I was gagging. I absolutely lost all my appetite. On top of everything they didn’t have toilet paper.

As a single mom visiting for mother’s day, it was not a finacially great experience for me. We came in @ 11:30 am and were pretty much forced to drink bottled spring water for an upcharge. I was concerned about price up front and asked for the prices and it was timidly told to me that is was 69.99 for 11:30 am! My children were half price and the other servers were attentive and courteous. We ended having a forced 30 tip at the end and spending 200 for a mom and 2 kids….for a 30 min. meal. I guess I shouldn’t go if I can’t afford it, but it was a treat for a special day. I did not expect to pay more that the other much better quality Brazilian spots in the Austin area.
