Food takes 45 minutes & sometimes more even when there aren’t many people dining in! The wait on the food is from all the take-out that people order To-Go with their Food Vouchers. Those take-outs are hurting your dine-in business & is also hurting your servers. The servers are getting yelled at & aren’t being tipped because the dine-in customers are mad that it is taking so long for their food to come out. I’ve even seen people walk out after ordering because their food was taking so long. It’s not the servers fault but many people are so frustrated that they take it out on the servers. They really should change those Food Vouchers to “Dine-In Only”! Think about it…how many people spend more than those Food Vouchers when they are dining in verse the people are just getting Takeout! Pictures posted are all the Take-Outs lined up at the bar waiting to be picked up!! FYI – the bar service is slow also since they are the ones who have to handle all the takeout.

Can accommodate large groups without any reservation. Very quiet inside the restaurant and you cannot hear the casino sounds thankfully. Good food. It’s a smaller size menu but it still has a lot to offer. The waitstaff was attentive and quick with our orders.

This restaurant has gone down hill since it has opened. The food quality is poor. The drinks are disgusting. The wait staff are down right incompetent. After being seated by a host, expect to wait 10-15 before a server approaches the table. Then be prepared to wait another 10-15 to receive your drinks. Then another 40 minutes for your meal. Just to be told that the kitchen dropped your food and it had to be remade. On the bright side our waitress practiced her magic skills with us. We asked for refills on our drinks and she disappeared for 40 minutes. After flagging down 3 different staff members she finally made an appearance. She seemed surprised our food was uneaten… The food was made wrong, soggy and down right awful. Every member of our party has had similar experiences during our last few visits. We used our halo to cover and thank god for those comps.

Great food and Wonderful staff. Ordered the Cobb salad it was delicious and fresh . Our Waitress Amanda was also amazing. Prices are under what I would have expected for the quality . If your at the Casino give it a try .Very quiet and well worth the price perfect thanks !!!!!!

An amazing restaurant! The atmosphere is superb! The decor is spot on – enough TVs for the most finicky of sports enthusiasts. The food is delicious with fabulous portions and nice price points. A wonderful venue for either a quick meal or an evening out! It IS that good!

Went there Friday night because someone said the food was good. It wasn’t very busy, we only waited a couple of minutes to get a seat. And then we waited, finally after a considerable period of time our waitress came over and we ordered a couple beers and an appetizer (the giant pretzel). We waited some more, considered getting up and leaving, but she came back with the drinks and the appetizer was out by then too. While she was there we ordered a sandwich for each of us. The pretzel was very good. Our meals finally came out, not exactly hot and fresh, but i was starving and just ate it. She made one stop to see if we were ok but didn’t ask if we wanted another drink. When we were finished, we sat and waited because she was no where to be found at that point. She came back, I asked for the check, we waited. Came back with the check and I handed her my card right away to avoid another long wait. She went off to run my card, we waited. Finally she returned and we were free to go. I was so aggravated that we didn’t even stay at the casino. The whole ordeal from the time we were seated until we left was an hour and a half. We will never go there again. It’s too bad that I have to click one star to be able to post this, they deserve a zero.

I had a wonderful supper at Flutie’s last week. The waitress was awesome and friendly, with a smiling personality. The food was great. As were the drinks! I recommend this place. And I will return for another go-round!

Absolutely horrendous. Ordered our meals.. they took forever to come out. Waitress puts them down and they are INCORRECT. One of us was able to eat while the other had to sit and wait another 40 minutes for the worst sloppy unappetizing pulled pork sandwich. This place is a complete joke.

Poor servi ce. Long wait for drinks and meal.never offered refills on drinks. When we arrived we requested another table about 3 ft away and we were denied because there was no waitress to serve the table. But next guest to restaurant was put at that table with same waitress we had. I was beginning to think the meal was free since no check was being brought to our table. based on the poor service we should have been comped for the whole meal. I will never eat there again nir will anyone else I was with. My recommendation is to advise you not you eat there and Doug should take his name off the restaurant.

Hey, was there today about 40 minutes ago. We were in a group of 3. 2 asians and a Hispanic. We were seated but waited about 20 minutes for service. Nobody walked by to check up or even say hi. People walked in and were seated and received service probably like a few minutes later. We were seated at a big table in the middle across from a bar section. Everyone looked friendly. Great 1st experience. Came back a second time and service was great but food was okay. Third experience here I was completely shocked. NO SERVICE. Today was a Monday. It was slow. Even if it is busy I don’t see a reason for someone not even to stop and ask where I am going as we all proceed to leave. If there was at least an apology and attempt to make me feel comfortable I may have stayed. Probably not going back since I live very far from Plainville. Thanks fluties but for everyone reading this review, ill wish you luck since I clearly had none today. Lost at casino and lost at service lol
