I’d been craving soufflé pancakes ever since our trip to Japan, and I was so happy to stumble upon Flippers. Their pancakes are just like the ones I had there, light, fluffy, and absolutely delicious. But the real star of the show? The truffle fries. I could eat those all day! The vibe is bright and cheerful, and the service is great. A perfect spot when you’re in the mood for something fun, tasty, and satisfying.

Probably the best soufflé pancakes that I ever had. Their eggs Benedict was pretty good too. Overall expect some waiting around 30 mins to be seated but food is out of this world.

Flippers is a trendy spot known for its fluffy soufflé pancakes that are as photogenic as they are delicious. The menu offers sweet and savory options, with portions that feel indulgent yet light. The airy, cloud-like texture of the pancakes sets them apart, and the cozy, modern atmosphere makes it a fun place to enjoy with friends. Service can be a bit slow during peak times, but it’s worth the wait.

Flippers is a hidden gem. Stumbled upon it while looking for a place to eat as I was killing time from the passport office. It’s easy to pass by from the outside but it is worth it checking out. We walked in and were greeted nicely. We were taken upstairs where the real beauty of the restaurant is. Their menu is short but has various options. I ordered an omelet, that comes with an option of fries or salad, and a French Kissed mimosa. It was a hearty portion and was worth every single bite. I opted for truffle fries which did not disappoint. The mimosa was delightful. The staff were super friendly and attentive. I enjoyed my whole experience.

I arrived at 10 am on a Saturday. When I arrived the place was relatively empty as you can see in one of the pics, but by 11 am the place was completely full and I decided to leave and give the opportunity to other customers to sit.

I wanted to try souffle pancakes so I choose this place. The flavor of the pancakes was good, and they were very soft. I ordered the simpler type of pancakes in the menu since I wanted to enjoy the original flavor first. I also ordered an osmanthus cafe which had an interesting flavor.

The decoration in the place is simple and definitely could be improved but in overall the place and ambience were good

The pancakes are really delicious and the service is excellent! The place has a nice and pleasant atmosphere, with very friendly staff and quick service. The dishes are beautifully presented and tasty, and the drinks are special too — a bit on the sweeter side, but still great overall. Highly recommended!

Food was deliciouss! We had the fresh fruit pancake, omelette, n egg’s benedict. Soo soo goooodd!
Staff were friendly. Thankfully, there was no queue when we got there, but was allowed to be inside waiting for another friend.
It was a bit too loud inside, though..Felt like I had to scream to have a convo Other than that, it was a good experience.

If you’re looking for a great breakfast spot in Soho, this place is a must-try. I arrived around 10 AM on a Wednesday and there was no line. I ordered the matcha souffle pancake and it was so fluffy, not too sweet – absolutely amazing. Also I had an omelette with mushrooms, spinach, cheese, and salmon with home fries and toast. The omelette was full of flavor, and I highly recommend adding the salmon for the extra $3. Overall, the food was fantastic, though the service was 50/50. Still, I left feeling satisfied.

Memorial Day weekend and the city was much quieter on an early Saturday morning. We arrived when they opened along with a few other guests. Sebastian our host was great and answered our questions. He was also very intuitive with our orders, anticipating that if one person didn’t like onions the rest of the group would opt out of onions so that we can share. The Chicken and Waffles were quickly devoured and we wished we could take an order to go as was the Fresh Fruit Pancakes. Omelette was very, very good as they cooked it with the bacon folded into the eggs!! LOVED IT!!!!

I’ve been meaning to go for 4 years and I finally made it. I went for lunch and was able to get a solo seat right away. I ordered the normal flippers pancakes which were really good and a honey lemonade. The lemonade never came so can’t talk about that. The pancakes were great but not phenomenal. It’s weird because I have nothing to compare it to.
