This is hidden gem. I was driving by when I saw the name of the restaurant and turned around. A chimi is a type of sandwich from the Dominican Republic that not everyone knows how to make it right. I ordered the beef chimi and a avocado salad. The flavors were delicious and authentic. The service was outstanding, really warming people with a genuine smile and the desire to show you how they prepared everything from scratch and not cutting corners. They want me to try their version of their carrot cake, I don’t care for sweets, but OMG this was spectacular. I will come back tomorrow Sunday because they will have cow feet soup, which is a staple for the Dominicans when the weather is cold. This is a small humble place with big heart, bould flavors and a genuine desire to serve you.

Best Latin place in the area. The food and atmosphere are on par with the food on the islands and that’s the best compliment a place can get. My sandwich and tostones were prepared to perfection. The service and atmosphere are top tier. It has vibes of the islands. This is our new place now.
