WORST EVER!!! Used my app to order food as I always do to pick up in the drive thru. I do it to save time on my lunch. I just ordered a quarter pounder and fries, when I get to the pick up window, they asked me to pull around the corner because there was already 2 cars in front of me, so I did. Finally someone brings out a sack and walks off, the fries were COLD and it wasn’t even my BURGER!!!! But by this time 17 minutes of my 30 minute lunch were gone and I still had to get back to work and eat whoever’s medium temperature burger I ended up with and the fries I could stomach. GROSS!!!! And wasteful EVEN WITH THE APP!

They’ve gotten slightly better recently which is the only reason I didn’t give lowest rating possible. This McDonalds has consistently been THE WORST I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to McDonalds in some ruff area’s in the U.S. and out of the country. I’ll be struck by lighting before these 3 things happen in the same visit…

Worst McDonald’s in Utah. Every location is fast and smooth. This location couldn’t even take credits cards for over 15 mins today. They used to get morning breakfasts done relatively quickly, now you can’t come here without spending over 20 mins waiting in the pick up turn line. I will be going to the North Temple location from now on. Too many chances given to this location that driving a few more minutes will save me a lifetime.

Visited this McDonald’s and was harassed by a staff member over my service animal. The employee falsely claimed that vests and placards are required by law, then threatened to call the cops when I explained that no such law exists. (Under the ADA, service animals are not required to wear identification or have paperwork.)
Even after I calmly explained the law and showed documentation (which I didn’t even have to do), the staff doubled down and blamed “store policy.” This kind of ignorance and discrimination toward people with service animals is unacceptable — especially from a major company that should know federal law.
I’ll be following up with McDonald’s corporate and legal counsel, but wanted to warn others: if you have a disability, this location does not respect your rights.

We ordered one big breakfast but got charged for two, and sandwich we ordered wasn’t included. The next visit we waited three minutes and eventually went to the window and ordered there. I didn’t check the bag and was missing a hash brown.

I ordered at the kiosk, which did not print me a receipt. Instead of bringing my order to my table (I entered the table topper number at the kiosk) they were calling out order numbers. I couldn’t find even one clean table in the place. When they called my number, I didn’t know it was mine because I had no receipt and therefore didn’t my order number. Luckily they called out what the order was. Went to fill my drink and there was no ice or straws and my feet were sticking to the floor. I opted to take my food with me do to the squalorous condition of the dining area. Only reason for 2nd star is because the food seemed somewhat fresh.

Worst McDonald’s with the worst most lazy employees. Working doordash and drive thru does not close until 12am. It was 1130 and they ignored everyone at the drive thru even including security? We waited at the window and the female workers who think they’re funny were purposely ignoring and cleaning right in front of the window well before it was closing time. Your job is not hard no reason to close early. Full of immature little kids do NOT come here if you dont want your time wasted.

Got uber eats from here for lunch at work since this location was closer than my usual one. Will not ever be ordering from here again after later that evening I ended up with horrible food poisoning… I never have had issues at the other location. Yall need to do better.
