Easily one of the best restaurants in Pembroke. Top tier customer service and food. The staff are always super friendly, and the food is always hot and fresh. Flipped has easily become the #1 lunch stop for us at work (big shoutout from Pembroke Elementary School). Highly recommended!

I love this place. We eat there weekly, because the food is amazing. The service is wonderful and the staff are very friendly. My favorites and must tries are the cheese fries and Cuban sandwich. I have had most of the items on the menu, and I have enjoyed them all. It can get pretty busy at times, but it is definitely worth the wait.

Waited over an hour for a cheeseburger combo and a hoagie. Not very friendly or apologetic. Some people received 20% off tickets for the wait. We received nothing.

Had the burger combo and it was delicious. Best burger I’m ever ate. It was humongous. Wasn’t able to eat it all. The fries was awesome and it was so many of them. I will be back. Very affordable place to eat. If you haven’t been then you missing out on some delicious food. Order through the window and they bring it to your car. That was nice cause it was to cold to be standing outside. Very friendly workers. Will be back tomorrow lol.

The food and customer service is amazing!! I get the Philly cheese steak all the way with the flipped sauce. Everything is made to order, hot and fresh!! Love the location, and they bring it out to you! We love this place!! Highly recommend
