Enjoyed this place. Staff were friendly and helpful i belive our waitor was called “joe” (it began with a J anyway lol)
Portions were very generous! Price was decent. I even had a free dessert for my birthday brought out with a candle and all the staff singing “happy birthday from Flanigans” nice touch!
Would definitely visit again when back in Miami!

The food here was delicious and portions were huge! The steak was juicy and perfectly grilled, the curly fries were crispy, and the pasta was flavorful with fresh vegetables and shrimp. Everything came out hot and fresh. Great service and nice atmosphere — highly recommend this place!

We go to Flanigan’s almost every weekend, and we usually have an amazing experience with great food and excellent service. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing due to our server, Imani.or amai She rushed us to place our order and then became very inattentive. Instead of checking on our table, she was busy playing around and decorating with another coworker. We had to wait a long time for her to come back, which took away from what is normally a great dining experience for us. We truly enjoy this restaurant, but better attentiveness and professionalism from servers would make visits like this much better. Our sever Andrew that we had before was so much better and attentive.

Flanigan’s is a staple in South Florida but the what made this time stand out was the phenomenal service provided by our server Jaz. She was patient, friendly and fulfilled our requests right away. The food was also delicious. I ordered the Joe’s Rockin’ Rib Rolls, Firecracker Shrimp, Pasta Salad and the ten wings Joe’s Meal Deal. The rib rolls were crispy and tasty and the firecracker shrimp were cooked to perfection. The pasta salad was very good as well. The meal deal is amazing as it includes a drink, Caesar salad and 3 garlic rolls. The kitchen gave us additional garlic rolls and I thought was nice of them to do. The chicken wings and fries were also delicious and the garlic rolls were fingerlicking good. The only thing I wished was that the Caesar salad to have more toppings or dressing, as it was mostly lettuce. The ambiance of the restaurant is very chill. I would definitely returned to this establishment.

Had prime rib. It was good. Need to dial in the sauces a little bit. The au jus was under seasoned. Taste was too bland. Sweet tea and lemonade were slightly water down as well. All easy fixes. The mozzarella sticks and sauce was fantastic. It was later in the day so the vegetable medley was a bit over cooked. Sort of turning into a little bit too soft. Server (Jessie) was top shelf. She was attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed throughout the entire meal and yet was not disruptive. 10 of 10.

We went on a Friday afternoon at a little before 4pm. After waiting 40 minutes and speaking with 3 waitstaff and finally someone who said they were the “manager” she said the bar was making our drinks now. We left without the drinks, by then we were all fuming. We went to the Bird Cage and had a great time.

We’ve been a loyal fan of this location and tonight was a little off. I noticed something strange and was concerned. Everytime someone left the table right away it’s cleaned as always BUT tonight we noticed a lady taking pictures of the tables which not only us but others were noticing to. So I’m thinking is there an issue. When the lady walked by I think her tag said Kelly. We continued to watch and she was not only taking pictures she was on employees I don’t know why. I will tell you this Anna and Johnathan and Dani at the bar awesome people and never disappoint. Customer service at desk awesome also. Luby is our server and she’s one hell of a waitress. We always ask for her section and we will wait to be seated. But tonight I have never seen a manager take pics and talk down to employees while working. Takes one person to ruin a place. All in all this location is a 5 star. But this lady Kelly is going to bring it down. You need to treat employees with respect and not make them uncomfortable. You have a problem with employees make sure you do it out of diners view because it will bring you down.

I’ve been to this place three times now, hoping to give it another chance, but I’ve consistently been disappointed with the food. The fries are overcooked and stale, and the ribs are burnt with too much sauce to hide the char and burnt parts. The service is also terrible; it starts and ends when you order your food. We even waited for the sauce that we ordered on the side, but it never came. I hope this review helps improve the location.
