The pizza is okay, but overpriced. What made an okay pizza into a one-star review was the inaccurate description on the menu and the unwillingness of the manager/owner to have a customer-friendly approach towards pricing. For example: if you order a pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms, you may think you are ordering the ‘make your own’ pizza and should pay for the base pizza and have a $1.50 charge for pepperoni and a $1 charge for mushrooms, but no; you’re going to be asked to pay the higher price of the Billy the Kid (or whatever it’s called) pizza (a pepperoni pizza), and they’ll add a dollar to that higher price for the extra mushrooms. What makes it worse is that these ‘extra’ mushrooms are going to be 3-4 slices, and the pepperoni is also non-abundant and paper thin. The dough is good, but it doesn’t make up for the cost.
