Their burgers are delicious but for an OUTRAGEOUS $13 they had better be. Same with $7 fries and shake… it shouldn’t cost $32 for this, even on the island. Also google maps has their pin wrong (I filed an update so maybe gets fixed soon)

Honestly, the only person that was friendly was the cashier. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger came out with no cheese bacon tasted like straight grease also ordered Cajun fries which were overly seasoned. Meal was definitely not great as the other locations on island bun was a little hard for some reason burger was luke warm. Staff was a bit Rowdy

I’d like to share my experience of ordering dinner from Five Guys through Uber Eats. I opted for the Little Bacon Cheeseburger, and while it wasn’t the best I’ve had from Five Guys, it wasn’t too bad either. The quality was decent, but it didn’t quite match up to the high standards I’ve come to expect from this popular fast-food chain. Despite this, I’m still willing to give them another chance and try out some other menu items in the future.

Took my son on a dinner date. We both love burgers and wanted to eat a REAL burger. Came to five guys & I was just surprised at all the FREE topping you can add to your burgers. So my son got the Bacon burger & I got the cheese burger with grilled onions & mushrooms lettuce & tomato. While we waited for our food I couldn’t help but notice they have milkshakes also with all the free toppings(mixed in) I got strawberry & peanut butter , Oh so good. Last but not least the fries are nice thick & it comes with a lot of fries. And to the young men that was working in the kitchen that made us feel comfortable. Thank you, we enjoyed our meal. Feb 19

My first Five Guys experience was in Philly many years ago, but I was eager to give my tastebuds a refresher. This was Hawaii’s second Five Guys location with the first being in Mililani.
ATMOSPHERE:
This spot is conveniently located on the exterior of Oahu’s newest mall, Ka Makana Alii, with quick access from the parking lot. The inside has a few seats with a few umbrella-covered tables outdoors.
MENU:
Burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, milkshakes.
FOOD:
Cheeseburger
Pricey but you get its unlimited toppings. I had no idea that this was a double cheeseburger until I opened up the bag. I was wanting a small snack not an entire meal! Oh well. I got mine with mayo, pickles, grilled onions and mushrooms. The burger was good! Big, juicy and really non-fast food-tasting.
Fries
Available in Cajun which I got, and Five Guys Style which I have no details on. Wow, my ala carte meal is sure adding up at this point! My “little” size was anything but. It’s a huge cup that’s good enough for two to share, this coming from a guy who always orders large fries if possible, which I couldn’t finish. The seasoning had a nice herby kick to it but wasn’t spicy at all.
Pricey for a fast-casual spot, and almost similar in price to a traditional restaurant.
SERVICE:
Friendly & fast. Food delivery took about 8 minutes at non-peak time.
TIP:
“Little” on their menu means regular. Don’t be fooled by thinking they’re kid sizes.
OVERALL:
Simple menu, good burgers.

It’s a really good place to grab a fresh and delicious burger. It is more on the pricey side as everything is Ala cart. The A/C is nice to get a break from the sun and don’t forget your peanuts!!!
I got a cheeseburger All the way (Mayo, Lettuce, Pickle, Tomatoes, Grilled Mushroom, Ketchup, Grilled Onion, Mustard) and I added Green Peppers with a medium fry. They do give you extra fries but mine were not fresh so they were not that good. They have drink machines where you can create your own beverages but I only drank my water!

Cain Price
Ordered 2 shakes and saw that I was charged for three. Requested a refund for the third prior to it being made and was told that refunds could only be processed for food, not milkshakes. The only real option presented was to take the third milkshake (which I ended up giving away). At least the food was good.

I got a double cheese burger and it was by far the best I’d had in a very long time, great fries also! The only down side is the price is pretty high, $13.39 for a cheeseburger and $7.49 for some fries! That’s high quality restaurant prices for burgers and fries, just saying! Due to the price I wouldn’t make this my go too for burgers and fries!

Overall it was okay for real beef, real potatoes, etc. No wait time to order. Pretty efficient in getting the loot. Place was fairly clean, although I did sweep some crumbs off the table we decided to sit at.
I’m not going to lie. It was, in my book, expensive for (3) hangry folks, setting us back by $55.
We purchased one little bacon cheeseburger, a cheese bacon dog, a regular bacon cheeseburger, two small fries, two shakes, and a large beverage. The fountain is a Coca-Cola freestyle and I was thrilled to be able to get sparkling Dasani (lime).
I would really think about coming back here again as I actually felt the burgers at ʻŌlino Theatre by Consolidated were better. But, gotta try something different, right?
