I just wanted to give recognition to one of your employees named Taylor, who was working tonight. From the moment I came in until I left, the energy in the store was so positive. After a small interaction with someone, Taylor noticed something was off and went out of the way to make sure I was okay and asked if I needed anything (twice). I stopped at this Starbucks on my way to Milwaukee over a year ago to purchase a cold brew, which is my usual Starbucks order. Unfortunately, it tasted horrible. Hoping my experience was an isolated incident, I stopped again last weekend while traveling through the area. Once again, the cold brew tasted horrible. You shouldn’t serve cold brew if you don’t know how to make it correctly. What a waste of my time and money, not once, but twice. I won’t make that same mistake again.

This is disgraceful. I didn’t order on the app like I usually do because they had a gigantic line in the drive-through and I did not want my drink sitting there. I ordered my usual order, an iced caffe latte with oat-milk and pumpkin spice, but the barista switched it on the screen to an iced pumpkin spice latte with no whipped cream. I didn’t think much of it, but when I went to check the app, it was a 40 cent difference. While not significant now, that’s $146 a year since I do get Starbucks daily. Slimy tactic by Starbucks, I guess I will order from the app from now on.

Extremely disappointed!! I have never been to a Starbucks that had 3 people behind the counter so hyper focused on keeping up with drive thru that they didn’t even acknowledge 3 people standing at the counter waiting to place an order. 7 minutes after entering and finally asking if someone is going to help us and just getting excuses versus an apology …had someone from the back washing dishes finally come out and take our order. Poor customer service equaled no tip. But further more lost a future customer.

I placed a mobile order this morning. When I arrived, my food was ready but not coffee, which isn’t a big deal. I waited around for about 10 minutes as I watched two employees stand around and make maybe one or two drinks during this time. Nobody said anything to me. Finally, I went to the front to check on the status of my coffee. Instead of being greeted, the lady stood and stared at me for at least 15 seconds without saying a single word. I finally asked her when the rest of my order would be ready and she sighed as she asked me for my name. I told her and ended up having to repeat my coffee order for them to finally make it. I go to many Starbucks locations and have never encountered this bad of an experience.

I stopped through on a 4 hour drive, to get some much needed coffee. I ordered brown sugar and got cinnamon Instead. Thankfully I not “extremely” allergic to cinnamon. How do you confirm what I say to still jack it up? 1 star. Completely upset and WON’T RETURN! ✌️
