on here that gets this place five stars or says how great they are is a part of the problem and is what part of the matrix because there’s no reason why this place should be rated five stars four stars three stars two stars they should be able to be given one star, if not less manager has a terrible attitude. The food was very poor I could make a better burger at my house and you know what that’s exactly what I did. The the only bright side of my experience. Was the Pretty cashier other than the rest of them need to look for work elsewhere with how they treat customers

My last Five Guys burger was in IL, so I had to try one in AZ. It didn’t disappoint either. The service is very polite and helpful. My order was delivered faster than I remembered, and it was perfectly made to order. The bun has issues if you overload the toppings, but that is what you can expect. The fries were amazing! Just remember that you can always order down a size and many additional fries also end up in the bag. Don’t expect this to be a cheap date, as my cheese burger and regular fries came to over $15. But still worth it!!!

Well, Five Guys burger is just a plain burger…absolutely nothing special about it. The patty was flavorless, no seasoning whatsoever was used on it. The tomatoes were unripe and flavorless, the bun was cold and mashed, its texture was doughy and gummy and the bottom slice was so mushy that it just flopped when I picked it up. It was such an overpriced disappointment on a good note, the fries were okay, and the free peanuts were a nice snack. Angelynn who took my order explained the menu, and was very friendly. Will I voluntarily go back? Nope… sorry, but this isn’t worth the fat, calories, or price.

The burgers are good but not the best, unmelted cheese and a smashed burger.. I’ll pass. Having grease soaked fries is a draw back and the price for the amount you get is a big joke. I prefer a crunch ,flavorful fry. I would have expected them to have a meal. But ordering each item individually is a bit to much. This is not an upscale restaurant so almost $7 for a burger and $5 for fries and a little over $3 for a medium drink. That to me is way to much. Inside resemblance is familiar… ahhh Johnny Rockets. I was not impressed at all so I give this 2 stars based on the the price,flavor and along with the quality of food. So if your in a rush and looking to get the best burger.. this is not it. Way overpriced.

Took one of my grandkids to lunch and we decided to go to Five Guys. I had not been there before, so when the cashier asked if I wanted toppings on my burger I didn’t understand and declined toppings. It turned out that by toppings she meant things like lettuce, tomatoes, mustard, mayo etc. I got a cheeseburger with nothing else on it. It was okay, but not my favorite. These two medium meals cost $41. Even my grandchild was shocked at the cost. I won’t be going back to 5 Guys any time soon.

This was my first time at any Five Guys location. I have heard great things and it came highly recommended. I found the place to to be welll meh…..The hot dog was actually really good this is the best thing I can say about Five Guys. The burger was just like every run of the mill burger you can get except it was a little bland and way too greasy. Fries were good and bad but not consistent. They were crisp or soggy and either tooo salty or not salty enough. I actually very impressed they managed to get all 4 of those characteristics out of 1 batch of fries.
Floors were sticky I could feel my feet pull from the floor with every step and since I was the only customer in there I could hear every step I took. Not busy not sure if that’s good or bad, either time of day contributes to that or maybe it’s just not that great to begin with and isn’t busy for that reason. Last but not least the cost of it. Bacon cheese burger, hot dog, little fries and large drink. $28.00!! That’s just absurd in my opinion. Would not come again, would not recommend.

Burgers might as well have been from Smash Brothers, because both our burgers were smashed and soggy. This restaurant claims their French Fries to be “…made from fresh potatoes that are cut, washed and cooked twice for a boardwalk style fry that has a mashed potato like inside and firm outside.” Our Large French Fries were soaked in oil and completely limp. So much for paying almost $8 for a “Large” fries that comes served in a medium-sized fast-food soda cup. Meal was a complete disappointment and I had to apologize to my wife. Delivery service wasn’t the culprit here either. From pick-up to my door was less than 10 minutes. Won’t be using this location for burgers anymore.

This is your one stop shop to raise your cholesterol! Fresh ingredients and toppings. Freshly cooked bacon. Bacon cheeseburgers dripping with fat when you take a bite. Fries are fresh. When you mix mayo, the fry seasoning & malt vinegar makes for a great dipping sauce. Don’t be afraid to try a peanut butter bacon shake either. Enjoy the fun energetic staff as well.

The parking here is awful. It took us 20 whole minutes to find somewhere to park.
The food here was really good. Fresh, hot, delicious, the only issue we had was that the bacon was cooked to the point it was crispy and pieces were burnt.
Service was fantastic. We were greeted, our order was taken immediately and they were sincerely apologetic about the bunt bacon.
