Such a great experience at this location! I’ve always had positive experiences at Jersey Mike’s, but Trevor, Noah, and Haley truly made this visit stand out. My husband and I came in right after finishing a job, just five minutes before closing. I quickly asked if we could still place an order, and they were incredibly kind and accommodating. You could tell they went above and beyond, our sandwiches were generously made, which meant so much to us after a long day of work without having eaten. Their kindness and care really made our night.

Jersey Mike’s in Chanhassen is decent, but a bit hit or miss depending on the day. The subs are generally fresh and flavorful—especially when you get them Mike’s Way—but consistency with service and portion sizes can vary.
On my last visit, the staff seemed overwhelmed and it took longer than expected to get my order, even though the store wasn’t very busy. My sandwich tasted good, but there wasn’t as much meat or toppings as usual, which was disappointing for the price.
The restaurant was clean and the staff was polite, but the overall experience didn’t stand out compared to other locations. It’s still a solid spot for a quick bite if you’re craving a sub, but there’s room for improvement in terms of speed and consistency.

The restaurant was pretty messy and dirty when we arrived. I heard their subs were good so we stop in. Their meat was cut fresh to order and ingredients were good, but not a lot of toppings offered. They rosemary parmesan bread was amazing!! It was also $16 for 2 mini subs and a pop, which I thought was a lot. The bathrooms also very dirty. We did not stay to eat, instead we ate in our car. Overall, I was pretty disappointed and would not go back. Only reason it got 2 stars from me was because of the meat and bread.

Fast service! I tried the #56 Big Kahuna Cheese steak. It had grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms, jalapenos, and Of Course.. EXTRA melted white american cheese! I really enjoyed it! I did feel like it had extra jalapenos as well! But that’s okay

This was my first time trying Jersey Mike’s and I had the #8 sandwich and boy was it amazingly tasty! I loved the combination of meats and various toppings—so good! Plus the staff was amazingly kind and friendly and got us checked out very quickly. I definitely will be going back in the future!

I was very happy with my reuben when I visited Jersey Mike’s for the first time. The staff was very helpful in talking me through my options and recommending something I’d like. My sandwich was melty and delicious!

The owner reached out to make things right. Sandwiches are good enough that I would’ve been back eventually anyway. Treating customers well and taking care of them seems to be a dying artform. Will definitely be getting more subs!
1/15/2021: app wasn’t working, website gave 25% off code that had to be used in the app. the app didn’t recognize it. i ordered online and the sandwich is pretty good. i included miss vickie’s sea salt and vinegar chips. the order and receipt both indicated this. the bag included doritos cool ranch.

I don’t give 5 stars often, but these guys deserve it. They have so much fun it makes me want to work here. This location is the most engaging delicatessen I’ve ever been in. Good on you guys, just your attitude makes me want to stop in every day for lunch. Congrats on all of your success! Take care of yourselves and each other, please and I’ll see ya soon!
