We’ve been away from the States for almost 4 years and we missed Five guys, so this was a treat. Just as good as we remember (as far as fast food goes) and super good chocolate shakes. Appreciated the friendly staff suggestion to order 1 fries between the two of us as it was a lot of food.

I have been to 5 Guys in multiple states and this location is by far the best. The food is always made fresh and prepared by a team that obviously cares about what they do . Today I was helped by Mark. He had helped me a couple times before and his customer service is awesome. If you want a great burger and fries in Longmont this is the place to go. There strawberry milkshakes are like summertime in a cup. The restaurant is also Wolof and very well maintained.

Haven’t been in a long time and was with a couple friends who wanted to stop in. The store was nice and clean and the people taking the orders were very nice. They were even taking steps to get burgers going faster for people further in line which I thought was cool. The burgers are good, but dang they are expensive! Basically $10 for a decent fast food cheeseburger. Not including fries or a drink. Fries and a drink will put you at nearly $20. The burger is good though, and the fries are hot and fresh. Good seasoning. I just can’t see paying that much for a fast food meal very often.

I always love going here. Probably my favorite places to grab a workday burger. One of my favorite things about the Longmont five guys is that when I walk in, they remember who I am and they immediately know my order. It reminds me of how retail customer service used to be at restaurants like this. The employees are always amazing and prompt, the restaurant is always clean and the food is always super consistent. I’ve literally never gotten an incorrect order or inconsistent order. Ever. I’ve never had a complaint about the food quality or order time. The other thing I notice is that the employees are all the same people and have been for years. They have little to no employee turnover. They all seem to like their jobs and they all do a very good job. So thanks again to the entire crew at five guys in Longmont. We love the burgers and you do an amazing job, keep up the good work. This is the absolute best Five Guys location in the northern metro area, hands down.

These guys and gals are so great. They’re always so friendly and helpful. Like Mike Judge said in the movie Office Space. ” people can get a burger anywhere,mmk, they come here for the the attitude and the atmosphere” Well , maybe that’s a stretch, but the burgers are really good. You should try a triple, all the way!

This is a great burger, but it’s really pricey. Hard to get out of here for less than 20 per person. Especially if you like big double burgers with bacon etc. the fries however, huge portions, you’ll be reheating fries later for sure, so the value kinda balances out. The Cajun seasoning on the fries is amazing and the burgers really taste great. The service staff is good, I have never had someone be rude to me. The atmosphere is a bit rough though, the place just feels cold and hard inside, and often table with trash on them are just sitting there un-bussed, or trash removed but obviously not wiped down. If they just had someone bussing tables regularly it would do a lot to improve the feel in there, as it is I’d rather eat in my car.

Very good burgers!! Definitely felt I was getting my money’s worth with the buger and shake. In addition if you get it to go they usually throw a bunch of fries in your bag which I don’t mind

Five Guys is fast food gourmet burger at restaurant price. The burger is cooked to order and there is a good selection of toppings. The price is comparable to sit down restaurants. In my opinion, the fries are too salty and the burger patty is too bland.
