Went here recently to get a quick bite with the kiddos. Wasn’t very busy. The area was clean. You order at the counter and wait till they call you to pick your food. Hubby did the double cheese burger. He got to pick his toppings and sauce. Same goes for the kids burger. Everything is a la carte. So had to order fries separately and decided to order the large to share. Big mistake!! It was a XXXL!! The four of us couldn’t finish those fries!! They were very generous with the fries lol. But trust me the food tasted good. Way better than In and Out burger!!! Definitely recommend this place to anyone

Used to frequent at this place. But now not the best experience. Very late with service and the fries seems to be way too expensive. Used to get more than what we want earlier but now for 7.50 for a large fries you get only what little used to be before. Inflation? Still 7.50 though for fries??? Better buy from a sit down restaurant which gives fries free with burgers and the total amount will be the same.

Usually I enjoy this place, however after today I will not be back. They got both my wife and I’s order wrong. Staff was lazy and goofing around in the kitchen which I can presume was the reason our orders where wrong. My wife’s burger was a disaster. It was oozing so much sauce the whole thing crumbled apart and she couldn’t even eat it. The fries tasted stale and we were only given half the quantity that we ordered. It wasn’t even busy while we where here the place was empty. (guess I know why now) Worst $25 I have spent. Don’t waste you time here just go to smash burger across the road or another Five Guys location. At least it will be quality for the near the same price.

This location is experiencing “ice cream machine” problems if you know what I mean. Actual ice cream machine not working; huge puddle in the middle of the place everyone had to walk around the entirety of my ~20 minute stay. Memes are a thing!

Fries were hot, but the restaurant was absolutely filthy. Used gloves at the tea station, worker rubbed fingers through hair while handing me my fries. Over flowing trash. Zero sense of urgency. I will not be returning. Honestly I hope the health inspector gets a call.

The location is nice, food was ok if cold is acceptable Ordered at 603p, got our order for a family of 4 at 637p missing one of the meals! Resolved in 10 mins. The store would be much better if they could figure out how to get moving much faster.

I’ve noticed that the food is always somewhat cold. They wait until they get multiple orders before they make the food, then let the orders sit on the table waiting to be finished and packed, but not until the last burgers come off the grill. Then slowly pack it all up at the same time. So half the orders are cold and half are somewhat warm. This process just doesn’t make sense. Oh….and Clean Your Tables!!

I’m not sure what is happening with this location. Used to be open until 10 and then randomly changed to 8. We ordered online at 7 pm but lights were off and doors were locked when we got there. Sign on the door said closed at 4. Still trying to get a refund.

The line cooks need to learn how to read their tickets instead of sending out orders before another. I waited 15 minutes and my friends got there from before me trucks were just standing around probably the worst service ever ever had and that’s just a fast food restaurant
