I’ve been eating at this location for a while but the amount of fries given is terribly inconsistent. When I pay $7.50 for large fries and I only get the cup of fries, or I order a medium and it’s the same amount as a small I wonder what’s the point of ordering anything but the small. It’s also difficult to communicate these issues with the employees at this location due to the language barrier. I think five guys has the best fries out there but this location falls short of the standard set by other locations.

I’m not one to leave reviews. Unless I have an excellent experience or a horrible one. Sadly this was a pretty bad one. Literally went in to order 2 regular sized cajun fries. Upon walking in; we stood at the counter for a good while making eye contact with many employees but being ignored. Finally after a while someone from the back comes out front to take our very simple order. We waited not too long but upon seeing the order realized they got it wrong.. they gave us 2 regular not cajun fries. I went back to the counter to let the employee know. Instead of taking a moment to even talk with me or remake the fries she just gave me one, one cup of the seasoning on the side. Not even 2 for the two orders lol.. i just wonder if you struggle to take an order for 2 fries.. what is everyone else getting. It was not enough seasoning to cover both orders of fries btw :(. Very upsetting.

Usually fine… but went in tonight at 9:08 and it seems like they were upset cuz they were already mopping and they close at 10. Both of my cheeseburgers were smashed flat. I’m sorry you had to do your job an hour before yall close

My first time trying a Five Guys. For the price I expected a nice burger. I got it only to open it to a grease soaked bun. I returned the it to I imagine 1 of the few English speaking Hispanic workers. They tried giving me the first burger which I didn’t except. I got a refund but they’re not worth the trouble of pulling the door open. Burger Smith is the best in the area. I would never go to another Five Guys……I’ll take McDonald’s or Burger King over them any day. I’m still shocked at the amount of grease in and on the bun……I don’t know how they expected to watch it ☠️

Great burgers that are custom cooked to your taste. The variety of toppings you can get on your burger is impressive. The fries are also fresh and delicious. If you haven’t tried their milkshakes yet, put that on your list.

$20 for a basic cheeseburger, fries and a drink. You’re going to smell like an armpit for the rest of the day if you eat inside there- it clings to you. You won’t notice the scent though. Just everyone around you.
I cant imagine what their employees clothes smell like when they get home. Probably just soaked deep into the fabric. If i worked there id probably just have to burn my clothes after every shift – theres no way id wash them with the rest of my laundry.

I came for the burger. I’m thankful for the quality of the fries. Unfortunately, the quality of the burger is what matters most. My bun was soggy. I do like my burger saucey, but this was not that. My bun was soggy wet as if it had been in water. It was inedible. It’s not a burger without the bun. It’s too long a drive and too expensive for me to have to just eat a piece of meat and fries because I’m hungry. This location is closer than the other, but I’ll go to the other. I’ve never been disappointed there. My 3rd time being disappointed here.

The fountain drink machine by the side door is always out of ice so there’s a line just to get ice & the ketchup dispensers are always out.
