All around great experience! Tasty, filling, great service. The food is expensive, but boy is it delicious. Great comfort food. Great service. Five stars!

I ordered a hamburger from this location and it was missing few of the toppings I specifically asked for. I called the store to let them know, and instead of offering a simple apology or solution, the manager Seth said I drive back with the receipt and burger as if I was lying. He looked it up in the system and knew what the order was. This response was disappointing and showed a lack of care for customer experience. Mistakes happen, but the way they’re handled matters. I hope the management team takes this feedback seriously and treats future complaints with more respect and understanding.
Seth gave an annoyed look that I didn’t bring back the burger and no real apology.
The other 2 employees were actually more apologetic and nice.

I think this is how you spell his name, cormic has wonderful customer service! I will definitely be back just because of cormic. He greets you when you walk in and he makes the guests feel welcomed. Young men like that is hard to come across. he loves what he does and it shows. He is going places. Keep up the hard work young man!

Food is good. But someone brought a non-service dog inside the restaurant. After asking the person in charge at the time if they allowed dogs inside, she only laughed nervously. So big health hazard there. Won’t be going back. Oh, same person somehow double parked in a handicap space with no handicap placard or anything. Workers did nothing.

This man deserves a raise. He left our whole experience going “Damn that is the most friendly man ever I love him and I had two teens, collective thank you to him so friendly like he is going places and we love him! Also burgers are the best burgers ever and know I know made with love.

The burgers are very tasty but they are not exactly cheap. I think they stand above in terms of flavor compared to the other places around the area. The hot-dogs were just OK. The food sat in me like a brick but it was worth it. Other perks to note, free peanuts and the fries are good. The burgers are the real winner though.

The black dude with dreads is awesome- really friendly, great banter, and helpful. Food was the typical 5 guys experience with good food but a bit pricey.

A quick light lunch.
Fun & helpful staff. Food was quick.
The actual patty was…meh. Unseasoned and gritty, these burgers seem to need the slathering of condiments.

Just completely overpriced for a soggy, tinfoiled, wrap burger.
And the toppings tasted old.
Even though they give you lots of fries, they’re soggy, lukewarm, and over salted.
I think this is the last time I’ll go to a 5 guys!
