I placed an order and approached the window where the employee informed me that they did not understand how I was able to place the order, as they had no available legs. The employee then canceled that part of my order. When the employee returned, he stated that I could wait for fresh legs. I agreed, and fifteen minutes later, he came to my vehicle and informed me that they still did not have any legs. I requested a refund. As I proceeded to enter the establishment, I observed that the kitchen was already being dismantled. An employee explained that they had been instructed to shut down at this time, three hours before closing. This experience was highly unprofessional. I recommend retraining your staff to ensure better customer service and operational procedures.

I recommend not eating there. My wife ordered mashed potatoes and gravy and it looked like soup. No seasoning on the fries. Just not good at all. Was the only person in the drive thru at the time and still had to pull up and wait for my food.

I went through the drive through this morning and an AI took my order. Then as we were finished, and already pulling off a lady started speaking to us. We started freaking out because she was still talking but we had pulled off. When we got to the window, the worker was extremely rude to us. I am very disappointed. I will not be returning.

This place needs to be shut down immediately. How are they still operating with a C average. The place is dirty the general manager is the most disrespectful incompetent manager I have ever came in contact with. He is rude to not only the employees but the customers!!!! Who drops a cup in front of a customer proceeds to pick it up and give it to the customer and walk away!! But unfortunately this is this locations Norm. It’s okay to display terrible customer service. The rest of the employees in management are wonderful is the GM that needs to be let go!!

I’ve lived in NC for the past decade and since a family friend is the Regional Director of Operations for Bojangles in this area hounded me to try it and leave an honest review of my thoughts, I went ahead and did just that!

The Bo Berry Bicsuit deserves all the hype! Extremely delicious and a recipe that I will be replicating in the future.
I dipped all the biscuit sandwiches (except Bo Berry) in gravy and overall I will say the biscuit sandwiches are pretty basic/standard. No separation from other fast food chains as far flavor or taste.
The chicken sandwich is absolute garbage. See attached for what is advertised vs what I received. The sandwich is supposed to come with pickles. Mine came with a tomato instead. Then, of course, there’s the chicken. My sandwich comes with a pathetic excuse of grocery store frozen fillet instead of a piece of juicy chicken as advertised.
From the Bojangles website about their chicken sandwich:
“No detail was too small. Marinated chicken breast, hand breaded with bold Bo spices, layered with thick dill cut pickles, creamy mayo, and a buttery toasted bun. Even the box is custom made to preserve that big Bo’s flavor.”
My sandwich was none of these things, I didn’t even get the box to “preserve that big Bo flavor”.
As far as the service, as soon as I walked up to the counter to order I was met with “For here or to go?” No greeting or smile. In this case it’s not that big of a deal since it matches the overall quality of the restaurant which is mediocre.
I’m seeing the Regional Director next weekend and I’m not looking forward to the awkward conversation that must be had.

I was greeted at 8am by A.I but that’s no big deal. I’m used to it. I was making an order for my office (I’m a travel nurse at a local clinic) and one of my coworkers wanted grits. A.I informed me “we do not serve grits” . I stated “are you sure? They’re on the menu?” Because let’s be honest .. A.I makes mistakes.. I was then RUDELY shouted at “Ma’am I JUST told you we DO NOT serve grits” it took me by surprise ! Being yelled at this early while I’m just trying to place an order. I said “damn okay well they’re on the menu, my bad” and then I was refused service because “I used profanity” as a response to being YELLED at . I asked for a manager and was informed he was the General Manager and he could serve who he wanted to . -10/10 do NOT recommend!

we all know how slow this location is but why did we just wait 30 minutes in a drive thru with 4 cars (you can’t leave the line once you’re in it), then wait extra time for the steak biscuit only to get home and realize…. They didn’t give us the steak biscuit they made us wait on? Or the sauces? Please hire new folks

I think the served me old food. The mashed potatoes were crusty and so dry the gravy was jelled and had a off flavor and the chicken was not hott at all and tasted wierd I will not be back. FYI sanitation grade is 84. I went back around to look I should had paid attention

SLOW! I ordered a simple biscuit and had to wait 10 minutes. No one in front of me and no big line in the drive through. A man in the dining room ordered a sweet potato pie and brought it back and told the manager it was cold. The rude manager said they are served cold, if he wanted it warmed it would be 10 minutes. This place is a si king ship! I’m on the road from Southern Pines to Raleigh, Aberdeen/Southern Pines is the WORST bojangles of all. How does corporate allow this??? The Tramway Bojangles is incredible because of a woman, Charlotte and her staff. Charlotte could certainly turn this store around.

We’ve tried this Bojangles multiple times with mediocre results. Today’s visit was the worst and last. Service is always lousy. Staff never smiles, shoves food at you, gives incorrect change, and is generally rude. Today’s fries were cold and burnt. Today’s biscuit tasted like flour and was flat. Today’s chicken was rubbery, tasted like old grease and you can see the size for yourself. The tea tasted like a lemonade mixture. I actually returned it and was given a cup from a fresh batch. My elderly father LOVES Bojangles but this is the absolute last time we will go to this location. Oh and they do not honor a senior discount, which I stopped asking for several visits ago. (Huh? A what? Naw we ain’t do that.) Disgraceful all around.
