Ordered through the Popeyes app. Order continued to say it would be delivered and the manager refused to make the order because she says someone else took it. I will never order through the Popeyes app again. Usually this is my go to Popeyes location. After explaining the issue to the manager on duty they continued to say that they did not have my order and refused to make the food. Mind you 5 drivers have been sent by Popeyes to deliver this order . I went further to explain I was trying to feed my children and although it was hours after ordering I still needed the food. Even while appealing to their heart they refused to make the order. It shows not just a lack of accountability but a lack of character. This ordeal has frustrated me so much I am angry.

Went to get lunch here, walked in I told that the lobby was closed, by the lady at the counter, I said the door was open I’m sorry maybe some needs to lock it and put drive through signs only, then the manager at the window responded with a smart remark as I was walking out the door, I stopped and said excuse me, she said imma leave unlocked that’s wat I said, well, if this place is leaving the doors unlocked to the lobby then they are to lazy to clean up the place, look at the windows you can’t see out of them noway. Never stop here again I can imagine wat the food taste like
