So, I do not usually write reviews, however, this is way over due, and the only way I feel I can fix the frustration that this MCDonals, imparticularly should be fixing, along with my correct order. This is the straw that broke the camels back so to speak. I ordered on the mobile app, paid for the order, and went to go pick it up. This McDonalds is 2 minutes from my house, hence why I keep going back-out of convenience, and almost every time they screw up my order. Whether it’s through the mobile app, ordering directly from them, or the McDelivery, which they control every aspect of 100% when it comes to other order being wrong, missing items, mischarging me for things I never got etc… Today was the icing on the cake. First they got the whole order wrong. Top to bottom, and things I would never and have never ordered from there. I went back through the drive through to correct. They then handed me another bag. I briefly checked to see if everything looked in order, and it seemed to be. I then went to use the new buffalo- ranch sauce, that i actually had to pay extra for, a nominal cost, however, i paid for it. They didn’t give be the right sauce, no ketchup-requested as well, and 1 picante sauce-i ordered 3. So now I pull back in- third time, and have to go in to ask for these things and I shouldn’t asked for a hot hash brown as this was freezing, but I was trying to just get the sauces- of which I paid for again. She hands me 2 more picante packets, and I’m like I just told you that I paid for the buffalo ranch sauce and I either want the sauce or I want my money back. She rolls her eyes and goes and grabs it, so 5 tries to get an order for 1 person right. To be clear folks: I had an Egg McMuffin meal with hashbrowns, and a large iced coffee. I also added a Mcgriddle for $2. No alterations, just added sauces to the order still on my phone i can see plain as day. All of this frustration over a stupid fast food restaurant. It’s meant to be of ease, and of they would just take 1 second more to care, or actually read the order, it would’ve made this whole breakfast thing a lot better tasting, enjoyable, and pleasant. It seems you cannot order that on any value menu at this MCDonalds. Done .

The best location in Huntley. The morning day shift are the best in the biz but the night shift is not paying attention to detail. Like a straw, honey mustard sauce and ketchup etcetera. Please pay attention because the last two orders at night were not complete. I still gave you five stars hoping you’ll read this and not make that mistake next time. Thank you and Happy Holidays

I didn’t have many problems with this Bucciferro Family McDonald’s in Huntley during my 3rd visit on Saturday, February 7, 2026. It was in and out in 10 minutes with the drive through and although the dinner rush was real, I got my food quickly and enjoyed it well. The kiosks help if you’re in a rush but normally no I don’t recommend them. Today, the receipts were out. They also had a lack of straws today. They can be hard to work with at this location sometimes. (Written 2-15-26)

I ordered breakfast on the app at 10:30. Want to pick it up at 10:45 and the line was insanely long through the drive-through so the time I got to the window it was past 11 and they told me they then could not serve me the breakfast I ordered 15 minutes ago. I don’t understand what the point of the app is if they don’t start or have the order ready and penalize you for their drive-through line being long.

Went today around 545p.m the person who took my order read it back correctly when I went to the second window there was a young girl there,as I was going to drive off I noticed a item was missing, I made her aware. I was met with instant attitude l let her know I didn’t get my receipt she walks off comes back says ; “well you didn’t order that.so what do you want to order that?” I said I can show you my app again she said well obviously it’s not on your receipt so you didn’t order it. I’m like ok, right as I was getting ready to talk she walked away. Rudest thing ever. I can understand if l was being rude however she didn’t even look at what I was showing her just continue to talk over me.

On September 21, 2025, my friends and I went to order food at this McDonald’s. We tried to order it through the kiosk but when we got the receipt we couldn’t tear it off and a lot of white receipts fell out because we couldn’t tear it off because of this the kiosk stopped working and the worker tried to blame us and when we tried to order he told us that he wouldn’t take our order because we were trashing the kiosk even though it was broken we were just trying to get it after that when we tried to order food he told us that we finished our food and got out of McDonald’s and then he looked at us and laughed at us and the workers and I hope McDonald’s will figure this out

As good as it comes when it comes to fast food, lol. Service is fast and often they get my order correct. I do love the deals on the app. Especially the mobile order only deals. Definitely sweetens the pie. I also appreciate the effort they are making keeping things clean.
