I cannot believe that it cost $22 for a burger and a medium order of french fries….geez!!
The burger was just mediocre and the french fries weren’t even completely done… they were limp. This was my first time eating here and it was my last. I had a steak a couple of nights ago at a local restaurant and it was only 18.95 for the steak, a baked potato and a salad. Five Guys…why are you charging such outrageous prices??

This is a fine option for a hamburger restaurant. There are plenty of options on the menu and I like that everything is freshly made. The Cajun Fries had a great taste but were way beyond salty. There are a few vegetarian options but I wish they had a vegetarian fake meat patty to give a vegetarian some protein.

Around $38 for a double cheeseburger, fries, soda, grilled cheese and milkshake. Empty store at 2pm and even with 3 staff members, it still took 15 minutes to get me a cold burger with unmelted cheese. Fries were decent and portion size was big… wont be back with all the other options in dubuque that do everything better for less

Amazing and delicious burgers. The French fries are perfect. Fresh and hot and the Cajun flavor is where it’s at! This place is a great place to eat fresh food fast. Highly recommend this place.

This is seriously a below average burger, don’t believe the hype. My $13 cheeseburger with no sides was cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted. Was just biting into cold squares of American cheese. Not only that, the meat was poor quality, exactly like cheap wal-mart ground beef. Sits in your stomach heavy and gives you gut rot. I thought this place was supposed to be good, it is for sure not.

Large portions, flavored soda machine, has open peanut bins like Texas Roadhouse so it isnt I deal if someone has allergies. Staff is very friendly and the place is kept relatively clean. There is also an outside seating area. This is the best place for a burger and fries. It has a great atmosphere.

Good burgers and fries. Sandwiches can be topped with a number of condiments, as few or as many as you like. Regular size fries are a good portion size to share.
Prices are slightly more than you might pay at similar competitors, but you’re likely to enjoy every bite you pay for. I personally enjoy the Bacon Cheeseburger.
