Ayce place. First time I went with friends who didn’t know what they were doing. Second time I went with a single person and I manned the grill. Was great. Ordered a lot, had a lot.
It’s an ayce place that you order from the table. There’s also the included hot food like nuggets. Pepper chicken, etc. Also had a condiment bar for you to make your own sauces.
Had mushroom hot pot soup base that I dumped a ton of cilantro and scallion in. Tasted fresh and clean. Was delicious.
Friend had the spicy butter broth and said he couldn’t taste anything because it was so spicy haha.
Waitress was super attentive and charming. Came over to refill water and replaced our grill a bunch of times.
Waittress came around and offered us ice cream. Came in little prepackaged cups. Had vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry available. Was good, not icey.
Desserts were small in selection and are clearly from frozen but were surprisingly good. Cream puffs full of cream and not ice. Fruit l, grapes, strawberries were sweet and hefty. Cookies were sort of stale though.
Men’s bathroom had 2 urinals, 2 stalls. Gashapon machines in the foyer.

We went as a group of five, and unfortunately the experience was very disorganized from the start. Our order came out all mixed together, with plates arriving in a way that made it hard to tell who ordered what. Everything felt combined and unstructured, which caused confusion for the whole table.
Portions were also odd for a group our size it felt like we were getting one small serving of vegetables each, while the meat came on a single plate meant for everyone. Overall, the flow of the meal just didn’t make sense and took away from the experience.
As for the food itself, nothing really stood out or excited me. I’ve been to other hot pot / Korean-style places and expected more. The chicken in particular was concerning when cooked, it had a purplish color, which felt unusual and made me unsure about the quality (possibly due to how it was sliced or prepared, but still off-putting).

The food was absolutely amazing and tasted pretty fresh. The flavors were absolutely there extremely fresh. I couldn’t recommend my server Nate enough, he made it so easy for my family to order. The environment was super friendly and me and my family didn’t experience a single problem. Super family friendly. Thanks!

We visited Top Pot for my birthday celebration, and it was our first time there. Our server, Alex, was excellent—attentive, helpful, and made sure we fully enjoyed our experience. He guided us through deciding on our food layout, which was super helpful. Paying with a large group was a breeze since they split the checks for us. The food was fantastic, we decided on both hot pot & grill! Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back.

Fantastic food! The combination of hot and Korean BBQ was really good. The beef bulgogi was our favorite by far but all the food was so fresh. The service was great and very reasonably priced for an all you can eat of this quality. And our waiter, Kevin, was nice enough to give us some ice cream cups for our kids even though they weren’t eating. We will be coming here again.

Took my son and the rest of our family for his birthday celebration. Originally my son requested an Asian buffet, but I said I thought doing hot pot would be so much more fun for a birthday and after it was all over he totally agreed. They have a great special where, on the day of a person’s birthday they can eat free if there are at least six people in the party. So it was nice to be able to take advantage of that. Our server Stephen was outstanding. Not only warm and welcoming, but patient and gracious as we needed a lot of help because we are beginners. We decided to resist temptation and only do hot pot instead of adding the Korean barbecue, which we love. And I am so, so glad we did that because we were full when we left. It never got too crowded and everything was fresh and tasty, and the restaurant itself was clean, which is always fantastic. Looking forward to returning again.

This place was jumping from the time we walked in until the time we left. The music was booming!!!! Courteous hosts with the upmost hospitality. We were seated at a nice table with plenty of space. We had a party of six. They do have space to accommodate a party if need be. We only wish that our table had two grills. But, we realized all the tables only had one grill. Maybe it could be a code with the township or fire hazard? Anyhoo, when I say they cator to everyone, they do. There’s a small buffet in back. The food was awesome! Everything was fresh and ready to serve. Hint, if you’re celebrating your birthday, your meal is free, but must be the day of. Definite recommendation to try!!

I was ecstatic to discover that Top Pot had opened a new location nearby, especially since it’s my favorite! The added convenience was amazing. To my surprise, we were seated earlier than anticipated. Our waitress provided a detailed yet engaging explanation of the broths and how everything worked, which was especially helpful for my cousin, a first-timer. She consistently checked in to ensure we were enjoying our experience. The atmosphere was delightfully cozy, and as for the food? Simply delicious. Next visit, I’ll definitely save room for their desserts—they’re a must try, according to all the glowing reviews!
