On the occasions that I’ve gone to this Einsteins, they’ve gotten my order wrong more times than right. I always ask for a 2-egg, chorizo sunrise with NO avocado and NO cheddar because those are my personal preferences. Yet, both are added. It’s never busy when I go. There’s usually one or two people inside and at the drive thru. So I’m not sure HOW this oversight happens. I know I’m not the only customer who would appreciate a little more attention to detail. Thanks.

The dining room is “Closed for health and safety”. Not a single one of the 5 employees is wearing a mask, the social distancing signs are gone, it’s 2023 and the pandemic is declared over…. this excuse of “it’s for health and safety” is weak. It’s laziness.

Ever since returning from a few year assignment in Germany my wife has been dying for an Einstein Brothers Bagel. We went to this location this morning 5March2023. We were the only patrons in the restaurant. Turns out none of the tables in the restaurant were open to the public. I asked about this and a lady behind the counter affirmed that was the case. You think you can sit down with a coffee and bagel and have an enjoyable morning better go somewhere else which is what we did. Urban Egg is less than a mile away. I will not patronize a restaurant that has tables only to look at.

So last time I went by here they finally screwed up my order. Which was really lame, especially because that was my last time driving around until I’m healed from surgery but I was craving a blueberry bagel with strawberry spread and I got a non toasted blueberry bagel with regular lame cream cheese. Is it really that hard to pay attention? I know it wasn’t the lady at the registers fault because it was on the receipt and the eggs had a funny taste.

Insane you wont allow the dinning room to eat food. Meanwhile the food is barely sub-par prepared. No ones wearing a mask do why is this company not allowing people to sit. Dont have a tip option if this isnt a sit down establishment. Covids over. Also dont expect to be able to wash your hands in there as well since they wont let you either. Thanks for the over priced to go mediocre bagels
