Terrible experience I will never order from this location ever again do to my burger not being made right looked like a loose burger and was not made with any care or love in the world and it’s pricey so I expected better service I would not recommend this location at all waste of my money

Food was prepared perfectly. Waiting forever while delivery orders were being prioritized was disappointing. People only get a certain amount of time during lunch. Definitely makes it a hard pill to swallow after spending over 16 dollars for a hot dog, small French fries, and large drink.

9 & Gratiot has gotta be the worst restaurant in the franchise. It was kinda strange because there was no one in line in front of me and there were only three or four other people in the restaurant. When I got it, the cheese was cold, the burger wasn’t warm and it tasted dried out. How is it you don’t serve a FRESH burger when the place isn’t busy?? Also, there’s no napkins anywhere to be found and they didn’t put any in the bag so I felt (kinda) bad because I had to just left a mess on the table and leave.

You have 7 people working here at 8 pm. I walk in ignored 10 minutes not one word I’m standing rite at your counter. The employee helps 4 people 10 more minutes pass. Then the whole stores empty now but one person eat. I gave a weird look then your employee approaches me WOW

You could literally drive all the way to the one in Greektown park, order and get your food and be home before you could get your food at this location. If you order online and it says

Whenever I need a good burger I head to Five Guys. This location was great! Friendly staff and my bacon cheeseburger & cajun fry were perfect!

The food tastes great, same as I’ve had at other Five Guys elsewhere.
But man, they’ve gotten expensive!
I used to get 5G almost weekly but now it’s more likely to be once every few months. It is hard, really hard, for me to justify that expense for what I get. And that sucks, cuz they are amongst the best burgers to be had.
The staff have always been great. Quick, polite, friendly even.
The place is clean, well-lit. Music is a bit too loud
The “code to enter” the bathroom is a bit off-putting, too. It’s why the atmosphere rating is lower. Seems we’re not really wanted. Message received.
