Always a 5 star! I love the manager at this location. Every time I come in or place na order online it has been hot and fresh at pick up. There has been several times I picked up my order late and they switched out my fries. They always check the bag before handing it to me. Always have a smile. Always great conversation with the crew.

Come here twice a month usually. Today I came in and the burgers tasted exactly like a cheap burger you would get from steak and shake, got it with bacon and the bacon was burnt and not a little burnt, black! Food is hot and fresh but I didn’t appreciate the Caucasian male taking my order keep referring to me as GIRL. That was highly inappropriate and very unprofessional. I tried to overlook it but that’s not how you address customers. I don’t know if he thought it was cute or funny but I’m just going to say immaturity.

❤️❤️❤️Five Guys! Yes it is a bit pricey but for that price you get high quality burgers and fries!! This store was excellent, it was clean and in excellent condition. Special shout out to Trish! She took our order and was professional and friendly! She even walked thru the dining room checking on customers to see how they were doing. Will definitely return to this store. Highly recommend!!

First timer at Five Guys. I really enjoyed my custom order. The manager Mr Wallace was very, very helpful. Mr. Wallace was very polite. He went over and beyond to help me get my order together. He was very patient with me. The wait wasn’t long at all. Customer service was excellent. I see Mr Wallace runs a tight shift and I think that’s great. Big Mike I think his name was kept the dinning room really clean. I really appreciated sitting in a clean environment. I most definitely will be back

Always busy. Best fries and burgers. A bit pricey but well worth it. They serve milkshakes but I’ve never tried one and I think I just might do that soon… Anything to get those fries and a little cheese burger
