My husband and I live in town and have been here quite a bit. Specifically this year, the food has been excellent. Their burgers are good (they get the stamp of approval from the men too), the pot pie special I had one night was great, and then we ate there during Irish Festival so we could actually sit down somewhere. They have an Irish themed menu for the weekend, the corned beef and cabbage was excellent. Margie has been our server most of the times we have been there and is excellent!

We went last night to the 80’s band which was good! The place was empty which was a suprise because we have seen this band before and they don’t disappoint. My wife was dancing and enjoying her self and she slid across the floor in one area near the bar closest to the right ride of the stage up front and went down on her left elbow and jammed her finger. I reported it to the front of the house and they brought a mop and bucket to do the floor which really only made it more slippery because of the wax or something else on the floor. I joked and said to the bartender, how about one drink for my wife as a peace offering. The bartender laughed and said NO!!
I felt it was kinda messed up and said come on 1 drink for her (who by the way, had not had one drink YET). I said go ask your boss and he smiled and said no.
DO BETTER FLIP FLOPS.
NOW MY WIFE IS IN PAIN BECAUSE YOUR FLOORS (DANCE FLOORS MIND YOU ) WERE SO DAMN SLIPPERY….
Doesn’t look like anyone from the bar looks here because other comments are not responded to by management. Come on REPUTATUON MANAGEMENT is important to a business..

This has always been a favorite place. The food is always good and the service is great. Tonight I put $40 on the bar and the bartender, Matt said he’d run a tab. We enjoyed some scallops wrapped in bacon and coconut shrimp and a couple drinks. I paid in cash but forgot about the $40 I originally left on the bar. Matt went out of his way to catch up with us and give us the $40. This is not only a great place for food and drinks it also has the staff that sets this place apart.

Great spot upstairs with a view of the beach. We sat by the pool before it started raining and then moved under cover at the bar. Food was delicious, drinks were fast accurate and tasty. Service was on point. All around a 5 star experience.

The chicken tenders and french fries are very good. French fries are extra crispy and lightly breaded in season they were delicious and the chicken tenders were very moist crispy all white chicken breast meat. Downstairs has a fabulous bar and the upstairs has a tiki bar that overlooks the ocean with the best view on the island.

Hands down the best food and the best service in North Wildwood. Everyone raved on the flavors of their dish. 100% a must go… was told they have a new chef and the food was amazing.

I tried to take my dad out for his birthday here but the staff was extremely unfriendly and didn’t accept my out of state ID unless I had a second form of ID with my birthday on it. I’m 30 and have an enhanced WA state ID that I’ve never had an issue with. But this bar does not have an ID scanner. So be warned you may have to come with a second form of ID with your birthday on it if you want service from this establishment since they apparently can’t afford an ID scanner like every other bar I’ve gone to.

Never again! As a 2nd homeowner in NW; always hear rumblings of how bad this place has become. Always see great potential there; and decided to give yet another try. Went to see Tommy Conwell and again place not crowded( shocked no cover for once) . Got nice spot up at bar, only to find grumpy bartender who wanted no parts of smiling or serving drinks. Still don’t understand why a martini at one bar is in a glass and ours was in plastic cup; 3 others with us had glass bottle beers. We had about $100 cash on bar and after 1 round we were enjoying music and went up to dance floor and started dancing , only to find all money gone and bar spot wiped up. We questioned bartender and she of course played dumb, and offered us $8 as “refund”. When asked for manager and told “ wasn’t one here but you can call tomorrow “. We called and stopped over following day and spoke to different bartender and she empathized and said will make sure they look at video and have manager call. 4 days later; crickets! We could all accept service industry people have bad nights; but can never accept cash being stolen from bar and not trying to understand and advocating for customer. No acknowledgment from manager or owner , an even bigger letdown.

Omg this place is AWESOME! We were here for vacation and couldn’t find an all you can eat crab legs place that was reasonable. Well, we found Flip Flopz and we are so glad we did. $60 for all you can eat crab legs. It was my birthday dinner and the crab legs were delicious! They took a bit to come out but it was worth the wait. Our daughter got wings and cheesy fries and they were sooo good. They had a cover band playing too and they rocked Petty and Floyd. Flip Flopz is only 10 minutes from the Boardwalk too! Definitely go to this place. You won’t be disappointed. We didn’t have to wait. The food wasn’t overpriced and honestly, I don’t ever leave reviews ever and our visit was so good, I had to leave one!! (And no, I’m not affiliated with anyone at the restaurant lol)
