Clean your damn grills/fryers and handle your meat better. The frying oil smells rancid, burgers are overcooked, and generally taste bad. The fries are floppy and disgusting. I know how much better it could be because I’ve been to plenty of locations that do what they do well. I’m done with this one – these guys just don’t do consistency. One could get a better burger from Waffle House for half the price.

Usually eat Harris Steak and Seafood when staying in Brunswick while traveling. Just wanted something and chill in the room. Ordered a cheeseburger all the way…. absolutely delicious and a side of regular fries was enough for my wife and myself. She ordered a little burger and drink. Order came to $30 which is high for a burger, but they are good for sure.

The lady taking our order was a character. Loved that!
But the food was so so. My burger was falling apart before I ever took a bite. That was some very dry, cheap ground beef.
We asked for the fries extra crispy. We got them somewhat soggy.
And the cleanliness factor? At opening, all of the tables were dirty, they looked sticky (Like ours was) and many of them had visible crumbs. And it was opening time…
Which meant all those messes I was looking at were sitting there all night. Gross!

Always a great meal at 5 guys. We walked in to get burgers before going grocery shopping and Mary Lou greeted us and took our order. We love this 5 guys. It’s always so clean, the staff is so friendly and they always get our orders perfect. Shout out to all the staff there on 8/17/24 around 1:50. My go to is a cheeseburger with raw jalapeños and boy it hit the spot!

First time visiting in many years. Had the viral grilled cheese burger, so delicious! The staff was efficient and very nice. The tables and condiment stations were a bit dirty. While cleaning off a table the manager offered to have someone come wipe it down but I had already cleaned it. Great service and good food.
