Don’t bother coming here. Why? Because they will lock the doors before they close. The hours are just a suggestion and you will see the employees cleaning up while they should still be open

Impressive how bad it is. Out of every drink and almost every protein. Burrito wasn’t even wrapped in the burrito they just sat it in the bag with the tinfoil next to it. That’s after standing in line for 3 minutes before getting served. This was so bad I had to edit it. Only protein that had left was steak and I see why. Half of it was ligaments the other half was cooked so long it might as well have been leather. Worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had and I’ve seen some bad chipotles. If you’re an employee seeing this I hope you know I mean this with all my heart when I say you guys are the worst and should be fired.

Being an affionato of beef brisket I was planning on trying their Smoked Beef Brisket. Nice restaurant in a strip center next to 5 Guys. Plenty of tables. Quick counter service with help on what to order. I went for the Bowl with brisket. I added white rice, black beans, lettuce, mild salsa, shredded cheese & guacamole. In total $16.50. It was a lot to eat! So, with all these elements in the bowl it was a challange to figure out how good is this brisket. It was served in cubes, a bit dry with minimal smokey flavor! Overall with the rice, beans , guacamole, sour cream it was very filling BUT I came for the brisket and was disappointed! Good service, friendly staff!

She was pleasant and really took pride in making sure my 3 meal order was done right, which made the visit feel personal. She had a great attitude. You can tell she cares about what she does. Thank you, Mary, for the great service!
P.S. I went out of my way to visit this location because of the poor service at the Miami Gardens restaurant, and Mary definitely made the extra miles worth it.

As a dedicated customer of Chipotes for over 5 years, I used to frequent the store in person. However, my recent experiences with delivery have been less than satisfying. In my last two orders, I paid an additional $8 for double protein bowls, only to receive portions smaller than the usual servings. This has left me disappointed, I would appreciate some feedback or a gesture of goodwill to address these concerns.

I love Chipotle and this used to be my favorite one. The portions and the food itself are usually great. This time, I don’t particularly care for the tiny bits of steak in my bowl. I prefer the normal cubes. And the portions of meat were lacking. Almost as if they’re trying to make it look like you’re getting more when you’re not. At least, for once, the service was great.

I remember the quality and service here being amazing I don’t know if it’s because of COVID or what but the lines are very slow now and the food has lost taste and quality. Probably won’t eat here again if it’s my choice. I would suggest a complete rehaul of the staff and management.
