Love their burgers, fries and shakes!! Consistently excellent. Today we walked in and got a huge greeting and felt very valued by Alexa. What a great member to have on their team and a real asset to Five Guys. Everyone was super.

The staff here were extremely friendly, energetic, and efficient. The young lady working the register was very nice. Our order was exactly what we expected to get, and was delicious! Still one of the best bacon cheeseburgers you can get out of a fast food restaurant. Love the fries and Reese’s milkshake also. Pro tip: dunk your fries in the shake. (You’re welcome!)

I got a milkshake and it was delicious. The employee who took care of me was friendly and personable. The restaurant was clean. I like that you were able to put multiple flavors into the milkshake. I only went for that one item. It does seem expensive overall though for a fast food restaurants. It’s $5 for a small fry, $11 for a cheeseburger, $6 for a grilled cheese. I enjoy going for a small treat but would not go for a full meal. They do have a vegetable sandwich and grilled cheese for vegetarian options. Amble parking in the lot was available.

Five Guys in South Asheville is wonderful! The staff is always friendly!! They are efficient in preparing the food and it is always fresh and delicious. I don’t eat hamburgers from anywhere else.

While the store is conveniently located, and the food tastes good, the cleanliness of the store was less than desirable. We arrived around 6:30/7 on a Sunday night. About half of the open tables had dirty surfaces. We had to clean off a tabletop before we sat down. They had about 3-4 people working at the time so I am not sure why the tables were not clean. About halfway through our visit one of our teenagers saw a baby roach crawling up the wall. Dirty tables are one thing, but seeing the baby roach is a sign of poor pest management and cleanliness.

This place has some of the most amazing hamburgers that you will ever eat they are so tasty and the Cajun fries are absolutely amazing The food is chef’s kiss perfect but the prices are very very high so be prepared to pay for the quality that you’re going to get but if you have the extra money I highly recommend five guys!
