Ordered 3 milkshakes understood it was busy so understood it would be a wait. When the line finally got clear the guy on register Made 1 milkshake that was for another guest than went back to taking orders because a line formed again. I informed him look I can not keep waiting for milkshakes it’s 5 workers … 1 on grill 1 on fries 1 on register 2 on table can someone help. He asked the guy on table could he make the milkshakes. He looked like he acknowledge the request and agreed. He hands out 2 orders than said he had to go get fries from the back. That’s when I lost it there’s no way!!! So I asked for a refund and yes I was upset. I’m writing this review because I didn’t receive the refund!!! Not trying to tell someone how to run a store but the guy on fries should float no reason someone should be solely on fries at peak hours!!! Also take 3-5 orders thn help get some out!!!

We had an amazing experience at Five Guys today. Despite the fact that the credit card machine was down, Kaiden, the gentleman who was at the register was so nice and genuinely friendly. He had a great attitude, was super helpful, and made the whole experience even better. It’s always refreshing to get such awesome customer service!

My husband and I dined in Sunday for dinner. Great atmosphere the staff were friendly, and music was great, not too loud. I had a cheeseburger, everything tasted delicious fresh condiments, and they give loads of fresh cut fries, which my husband and I shared no need to buy 2 fries they put loads of them in the bottom of your bag . Overall great place to enjoy a meal the milkshakes are also good .

My husband and I walked int!o this location yesterday and was really craving a cheeseburger and those wonderful fries! The second I walked in, I was blasted with such loud and obnoxious music that I just used the restroom and went right back out that door. There was no way you could you sit and have lunch. The few minutes we were in there, we had to shout just to hear each other! Owner’s need to do a surprise visit!

The service and how I’m treated in here is always A+ No matter if I’m working doordash or enjoying a meal with my wife they always look out for me when I come in here. Food is delicious and the fries are some of the best in the business and despite the price point I never feel like I’m not getting value for the money spent.

I ordered online so the food would be ready when I got there. The receipt noted 11 minutes. I arrived in 15 minutes and had to wait an additional 10 minutes. The food is fair and overpriced. We ordered 2 Jr cheese burgers, 1 regular French fry, and a milkshake- which cost about $30. Low service score is only for the time, the staff were friendly and helpful keeping me updated on the status of my order. Its a good location, convienent parking, outdoor seating, and the restaurant was clean.
