I love the food at Five Guys. The reason I am still giving it 2 stars because of late the service at this joint has gone down because of a particular server. I ordered a regular fries today to go with my food and came home to find that the quantity was that of a small fries.This is the third time that this is happening. I love the food but if this continues to happen, I will have to take my business elsewhere!

The whole crew that was working tonight were absolutely amazing! Everyone was friendly, the food was great, service was quick, and the manager did an amazing job handling my son’s dairy allergy! I feel like the manager deserves a special shout out as he went above and beyond what most people would have done to ensure my son’s safety. We will definitely make the hour drive to go to this location again solely because of how seriously they take food allergies!
