3.2.25 Another excellent experience here! Food hot & fresh. Watched a female crew member on her way back from the restroom straightened chairs in dining area & checked condiment area. Really making sure that areas were clean, filled & straight. And it shows! TY 5G!
Visited around dinnertime on 7/18/24. Awesome crew working! From order to pickup of food & thru our meal, EVERYONE was helpful, fast & enthusiastic. As we ate inside, we watched other customers treated with the same service. Store was very clean. Just an overall sense of pride in their job. TY 5G Glen Burnie!!

The best burgers and fries in my opinion. Especially when compared to any fast food burger. Restaurant is clean. Staff was friendly and efficient. Been to this location many times, always great!

The crew needs extensive training on cross contamination. People handling food should not also be taking orders, handling money and things of that sort. This is completely unsanitary and disgusting.

When I think about a great custom made burger – let’s talk FIVE GUYS! I mean a burger with all the trimmings a burger demands. Then don’t forget the fries. Right size! Right look! I like to add one of their shakes in the traditional vanilla, and chocolate flavors with whipped cream or take your pick!
Get your condiments, scoop out some of their complimentary, delicious signature roasted peanuts and you’re done! Service is quick, and orderly. The place is kept clean by a worker and there is even a nice seating area for dining in or out! It is definitely a place I’ll be visiting over and over again, especially since it’s right next to Coldstone Ice-cream and Target.

Two best things – fountain machine and my burger was cooked.
Cashier came out to wipe table with dirty napkin pile. Started pushing food debris on my pop. I stopped him and did it myself.
Quality of food matched substandard service this Sunday. Which sucks- from what used to be the best five guy’s around to this regular burger place.

Very popular burger joint before many others came into existence.
The burger topping choices are plenty. The food is to order. Side of fries is the main thing to have.
The peanuts offered are great before food ready.

Husband and I both ordered food from here different times on the same day, and got food poisoning.we order from here all the time, but this will be the last time. We ate lettuce bun burgers, so we suspect the lettuce that day was mishandled. Doctors confirmed this as the origin of the food poisoning.
