The food got a 3 because everytime I am there, the fires are burned. By burned I dont mean deeply, but more so they are overcooked. I know someone that used to work there and they said that there is a meticulous process that goes into making the fries to prevent them from being over cooked, and to make them come out the same everytime. That’s why I really don’t understand why they overcook them everytime.

My first Five Guys experience was here and I loved it so much I went back the next day. The veggie sandwich was delicious and they gave me a generous serving of fries. The staff were friendly and helpful Do yourself a favour and get a sandwich from these guys.
I also liked how they have a display board that tells you what farm the potatoes are from that become your fries. Great job Five Guys

⭐ One Star – Unprofessional and Disrespectful Service
I stood at the mobile pickup counter for nearly ten minutes without a single acknowledgment. Several employees repeatedly shouted order numbers, yet not one could take a second to greet me or check if I’d been helped. I finally had to interrupt someone just to be noticed — only to watch as a woman of Hispanic descent behind me was immediately acknowledged while I continued to be ignored.
It was belittling, frustrating, and completely unnecessary. The lack of urgency, respect, and basic customer service was unacceptable. If this is how Five Guys treats paying customers who follow instructions, management seriously needs to review and retrain their staff. Absolutely disappointing experience.

First time at this location and they are skimping on the large fries order and seasoning on the cajun seasoning. We all know that five guys fries are suppose to be filled to cup and extra in the bag. Disappointed in the management.

It’s expensive but I went there because they fill your bag up with they’re delicious fries and have all the peanuts you want. The food was good not worth the money I paid. Could have bought enough ground beef with buns and all the condiments to make hamburgers for the entire week. And they DONT fill the bag anymore with fries and the peanuts ate behind the counter now they give you a small amount if you buy something! I won’t be going back to 5 guys anymore. Lots of fries and peanuts were the hook that made me always want to go there but now it’s gone

As soon as I finished ordering my food, my phone died and I didn’t have any other way to pay. The entire staff went above and b gone to help me! They charged my phone for me and while they were doing that, they cooked my food and gave it to me to eat while I waited for my phone to charge.
