I started eating five guys burgers at the original store on Columbia Pike and Globe Road when they started out. I liked five guys they have done well. The food has changed and very little, the Buns used to be fresh baked at the bakery next door of the first store. Five guys burgers are still very good. The fries are very good they give you more than you order. The fries are fresh cut and fried perfectly, I like them plain. My wife likes the Cajun fries with malt vinegar. The price is not as bad as everyone makes it out. Everything is expensive. The food is good and if you’re hungry and want to spend the money it’s your choice, I like it and feel it is worth it to me.

I ordered on last minute before delivery cut off time. I will say. They actually give more jalapeños than the other locations. The fries are good with Cajun seasoning. The restroom was clean. Good portion on the beef patty!

I’ve ordered a few times from this location. Not only did it take almost 15-20 minutes to get each of my orders at 4pm in the evening, the burgers are tasteless, fries are soggy, and the value for what you get is disappointing. I used to go here before back to school night or before an evening I had to stay late at school for an event, but since have stopped because of the astronomical prices you have to pay for a barely mediocre meal.

Ordered online, Received a burger barely cooked still cold in the center, when I called and explained the situation and asked “if I ordered again, would they ensure my burger was sent out cooked thoroughly and not raw?” Was met with a “Five Guys doesn’t sell raw burgers” response from the manager Pablo then he started blaming doordash for some reason as if they had somehow uncooked my burger on the ride over.

It’s a five guys, they are almost always the same. Got the slightly overpriced burger, it tasted great; they never disappoint. Not much else to write about though everyone who goes to five guys knows what food they are going to get. The restaurant was clean and the staff was nice.

Today the team here was doing an excellent job at serving customers and making delicious food. Parking is easy here. At noontime the line moved fast.
I had an opportunity to see the “back of the house” and it is super clean and running like a clock. Excellent work area and again, very clean and neat.
