Worst location by far. This is the only Five Guys location I’ve been to anywhere in the country that doesn’t dump extra fries in the bag. They’re so stingy with them. And everyone knows they don’t make the fries till you get there (when you order on the app). But for the last 3 months or so they make them right when you order. So when you get there they’re cold and extra soggy. I told my son to start going to Media or Fairfax in DE.

Blue haired girl doesn’t listen. Asked for my fries to be made crispy, and she just says okay. And doesn’t say anything to the person making the fries. And the fries ended up being soggy

Had a $15 dollar gift card. I got a burger and small fries and the total was like 17.50. the fact a $15 gift card couldn’t cover that is outrageous. When five guys first got popular it was good and cheaper. The burger had 0 taste and the fries aren’t good anymore either, yet you charge the markup of a Lamborghini for your tasteless food lol. 2 stars because employees were very nice, and that’s about it. Probably won’t go to a five guys again

Of all the burger joints. Five Guys tops my list! Their burgers are the juiciest and most flavorful and their fries (which they are extremely generous with) are outstanding! Throw in all the peanuts you can eat in a relaxed and clean atmosphere, and you’ve got a great place to eat.
The only downside to Five Guys is the prices, but that’s probably good for my cholesterol. Otherwise, I’d be there everyday.

It’s a 5 guys and the only one locally. My nitpicking issues would come down to it being kind of expensive, the soda machine couldn’t do cherry flavor Dr Pepper when I was there. Not at all big enough to discourage me. Far cleaner and nicer than the McDonald’s, people are much friendlier. Service was immediate and very friendly. I’m glad it’s finally open, I visited in the summer and was disappointed it was still under construction, and tired of poor service from McDonald’s and similar cheap but low quality competitors. Will absolutely go again.

If I could give zero stars I would the manager scherese b I was joking around to get a free fry and she said is that only what your getting I said yes ran to the bathroom and came back out saying no she didn’t say that like another employee heard her and she’s being raciest to a Latina and making fun over her saying she couldn’t understand her and talked like she thinks she sounds like I will never come here in my life again she’s a manager and she’s making fun of another employee she should be fired I even told the girl n the other manager like I’m Latina it’s not right
