The buger was not wrapped all the way and fell apart was able to put back together but not ok for 14 dollars and the bun was not high quality and toseted poorly staff here seems very lazy highly recommend not going to this location

The prices are out of control!
The food is good. However, over 20 dollars for burger ($11), fries ($5) and drink ($4). Look, I understand inflation is driving up all prices.
They need to offer meal deals and find a way to get prices down. This place use to be much more reasonably priced. I could get way more food for less at other places

Five Guys is always good my favorite thing is the cajun fries. The girls working tonight were fantastic great sense of humor very friendly. Always on the pricey side though but I guess what’s not nowadays.

Placed an order for pickup was told be ready at 9:15. Got to store to wait an additional 25 min for my order to be completely wrong missing fries and burgers incorrect. On top of all this watching and listening to employees swearing and arguing with each other while food is burning. Terrible experience

We order fries here frequently. Sometimes they’re great but too often not so great. The order today was the worst. We received about half the amount of what we normally get on a large order. They were so salty, we had to wipe the salt off every fry before we ate it. I wanted to call to complain but nobody wanted to drive back to the store to complain.

I want to commend the cooks working in the evening on February 20, 2025. The burgers we ordered were amazing! Cooked to perfection, juicy and condiments just right. I haven’t enjoyed a burger like that in a long time. The fries were hot and crisp as well. Well done!

I really don’t know what’s not to love about this place! I heartily appreciate that every time I visit Five Guys, the employees are so. dang. enthusiastic! Save for Chick-fil-A, there’s no other place on Earth where young people are this genuinely happy to have you come to eat their food.
Tonight I went for dinner. I dined solo, which I often do these days. I’m not complaining or looking for sympathy, or even for a dining mate, really. I have learned to appreciate my own company the older I get. There’s something nice about eating your meal alone and simply enjoying the food. This is one of those establishments where I don’t feel like a weirdo for eating alone.
For anyone wanting CHOICES when it comes to drinks, Five Guys has them! They’ve got the Coke Remix machine, or whatever it’s called. Don’t be the guy who gets a Diet Coke at this machine, and walks away. Get fancy, yo! Tonight I had a Diet Ginger ale with raspberry. Plus, they’ve got iced tea, lemonade, and milkshakes.
I’m eating (dirty) keto these days, so I don’t usually get to enjoy the fries. Back when I did though, I can say hands-down these are some of the best fries out there. Burgers are solid. Fries are amazing. AND you can get your burger wrapped in a lettuce leaf or served in a bowl, keto-style. For that alone, they have won my affections.
