Needs to be cleaner in the restaurant. Floor sticky. Soda machines dirty. Got a regular hamburger instead of a junior and all it was was two patties stacked. Messy and unnecessary. Spent $30 on one person’s meal not a good value either. I realize it’s all fresh but I really can’t tell the difference because it’s overcooked and the toppings are nothing out of the ordinary. Five Guys needs to do a better job at a lower price.

Five Guys offered a pretty solid visit. The food was tasty and cooked well, and the service was polite and efficient throughout. The atmosphere was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly inviting for a quick‑serve spot. Overall, it was an enjoyable stop, with just a few small areas that could be even better next time.

Chains are usually a hit or miss but for the last 3 years I’ve been coming here they have NEVER missed.
Always get a 10/10 burger and some 11/10 customer service to go alongside it.
Everything here is so fresh and delicious and the customer service is unreal, very attentive and friendly workers!

Always a pleasure!! I have a horrible allergy to flour and have my burgers lettuce wrapped. The servers were apparently well trained because my burgers are never sloppy and I never need a knife or fork to eat them. Five Guys is the BEST and HEALTIEST fast food restaurant I know of 🙂

Worst Five Guys location in all of upstate New York. The parking lot is a nightmare, there’s shopping carts and garbage all over the place. The bathrooms are filthy there’s cigarettes and drugs in the stalls and sinks and the lines are always long like Universal Studios. Understaffed too

My daughter and I wanted a quick bite to eat and heard Five Guys was a decent burger. Well it was more than decent, it was very good! They add any amount and any topping you want like my favorites grilled onions and pickles
The establishment was clean and their cooking area was also clean. They were very friendly and pleasant. I’ll definitely be back!! Also, try the fries with Cajun seasoning!!

1st thing great customer service, they welcome you, offer suggestions very polite. Even explained they come in the more to presh cut the fries and more the burger patties. The store plenty of seating

The staff is very friendly , the food is great especially the fries . I recommend them for a good burger . Everything here is great the place was packed and we got our food quick , hot and cooked perfect thank you 5 guys for hooking it up i recommend the milkshake and cheeseburger although the BLT and grilled cheese are good too.

It’s slightly better than run of the mill fast food, but it’s still fast food in my opinion. The burger was ok. Tasty, nothing special. Fries left that greasy aftertaste in my mouth that lasted for the rest of the day.
There are two tables of outdoor seating which I liked. Inside the restaurant, they play rock music on poor quality speakers which somehow managed to be tinny and noisy even though the audio clearly wasn’t set to be loud. I still couldn’t really carry a conversation over that music until I went outside.

This location had no heat! It was 16 degrees outside. The soda machine, a highlight, was not working correctly. The burgers are not as tasty as once were. The fries are still good. It seems Five Guys as a franchise is not a well run operation. There is always something “not right” when we go there. Many locations have filthy dining and bath rooms. The price is high. Plan on $15-$20 pp when you go.
