Let’s start with the slow service and a basic lack of care. Trash cans full the drink counter was nasty with trash running out on to the counter drink spilled everywhere, tables not being wiped down and sticky drink on them. They have a health grade of 95 but I think it is a far cry from a 95. I also noticed that someone had their non-service dog in the eating area and it was barking at everyone. My food was cold and basically had no condiments on the sandwich. The hamburger was dry and no flavor. It tasted like it was cooked that morning and served to me around 4pm or so. Three people working and they seemed to be more interested in the drive thru than the front counter. We waited for 25 minutes to place our order. There were no napkins out on the holders and everyone was having to ask for them and the first few people were told that there was napkins out on the drink table where all the lids and straws are and the trash all over the place because the trash can was full. Even after being told many times they could not manage to put napkins in the bag with your meal. Don’t get me wrong, I love dogs and have had many in my life but a barking Chawawa non-service dog does not belong in restaurant. The floor was so dirty that you could hear your foot steps as the sole of your shoe stuck to the floor. I will not be returning to this Wendy’s again! Being short handed is one thing being nasty and not caring is another. Really tired if hearing hiw we are short handed while all at the same time the prices going out the top and what you get for that price increase is way less than 3 years ago and bad service as well as a nasty filthy restaurant. Very poor management and training!

After church on Father’s Day and wanted to avoid crowds but it seems we weren’t the only one’s with the same idea. Place was hoppin’ but understaffed and obviously overwhelmed. 15min in line with 3 people ahead before placing order. Ordered #6 spicy chicken meal, #10 asiago chicken meal, and 2-4for$4s = $32. No ice in one machine and no reg coke in both (patrons told us not staff). Waited 45min for meal. Had 2pm appointment so grabbed bags and left. In bags – 2 asiago chicken sandwiches and 4 fries. Won’t be returning.

Currently in line for 20 min and literally by myself in the pink shirt watching the only order taker have a conversation with someone at the counter. Not too mentioned through free fries in her bag and said don’t worry about it. Then accidentally cashed her out without having her py. Now it added on a extra 5 min. At this point 2ppl walk behind upset as well check cameras. 1pm

The food was terribly made. Treated like expired food. The drink station was disgusting. The floors had shots spilled everywhere. Took a long time to get our food, the order was messed up. Overall not a good experience.

Came for a 50 piece nugget and Gee looked at me like I was a jerk for being here and said they don’t offer it anymore unless I order on the app. Every other Wendy’s has it, seems like he just doesn’t want to do it. He could at least be polite about. The lady behind the counter was super nice though. Ordered a chicken sandwich and after paying and waiting for ten minutes they say they don’t have any chicken either.
