My family and I have been patronizing this location for years and we have never had an unpleasant experience. Just this morning I made a huge mistake and ordered my coffee and pastries at a completely different location and ALYSSA made me a new one and took the time to explain how to go about canceling my order at the other location. Mind you and yes I am embarrassed to admit I am one of the probably not so few people with a ridiculously complicated order but the baristas never disappoint. My order is always perfect! Thank you guys so much for your hard work. I know first hand how demanding and ridiculously unreasonable customers can be. Happy holidays. ALYSSA you rock!

Probably one of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Ordered two cold brews at 9:23 am, and it wasn’t ready until 9:38 am… mind you, I ordered two cold brews, black.
It took them 15 minutes to pour some cold brew into a cup. Absolutely ridiculous. Most coffee shops you go to pour it in front of you because it takes little to no effort to pour it into a cup then serve it.

It happened just five minutes ago. I ordered a Hazelnut Oatmilk Shake Espresso without ice. The employee who took my order and made it was named ESTHER. I ordered a Venti size, but she made it with less than 1/4 of the cup filled, as shown in the picture. Do you think it’s acceptable to serve such a small amount without ice for venti size? So, I asked venti size ice and put it on my drink. It was still too little. I thought this wasn’t right, so I asked her to make it the regular way with ice, but then she gave me a completely different drink, as shown in the picture. Haha, isn’t it ridiculous? She even asked if I wanted more oatmilk poured in. I said what I received wasn’t what I ordered, but she insisted it was because that’s how I ordered it. As someone who has been a loyal Starbucks customer, this rude behavior from the staff is unprecedented. ESTHER ruined my day.

They lock the store up 1 hour early every night which causes a line of cars to travel into the street or causing traffic in the parking lot with no signs to let you know store is closed so when you find out store done in is not open you get more cars in the line then you have to come and try and merge into that line worst Starbucks ever been to had to wait whole 40 mins to get my drink and seeing everyone walk up to the door to have to come join the line too was just more annoying recommend someone from Starbucks check your workers crazy how lazy people want to be now of days.wish could put 0 star terrible but can’t so 1 star hope new year new Starbucks management.

The coffee is amazing!!!! Perfectly brewed and delicious. The service is outstanding and there is peculiar of seating! I love it and there’s a food4less nearby too. They open early and even though I came in early they had such a great attitude!!

I made a mobile order at 3:18pm. They have my drink but never display it on the counter. I have checked the counter many times and I asked for my drink twice. And then, they gave me my drink at 3:43pm. Good job, guys. You guys forgot my drink, and it almost melted. Bad service.

Placed a mobile order after confirming they were open and then showed up to be told they are closed – with our drinks already made sitting by the window. I wasn’t refunded and store doesn’t answer the phone. Complaint placed with corporate for this scam.

I placed an order on the app 40 minutes prior to closing, I showed up 15 minutes before they closed at 9:30pm, the dine in and drive through are sealed off, they are in there , see me and I’ve tried to wave them down to figure out how to ATLEAST get a refund, instead they are ignoring me and I’ve been waiting outside for the last 20+ minutes with out a way to get a refund for the 20$ online order I made 40 minutes before the store closes, even showing up 15 minutes before the marked close time
