Yesterday, I ordered French fries from there and used the ketchup from the pump. The fries were soft, not crispy, and didn’t look appetizing. About an hour later, I started feeling unwell, and within two hours, I began vomiting. It happened again during the night. I suggest checking the ketchup pump because I believe something was wrong with it—I don’t think my body would react that way to just the fries.

This five guys is located very conveniently near the exchange place path station. I have been to other five guy’s before and wanted to grab a quite bite. Very friendly cashier dude, lower price compared to manhattan & clean location. However, my order wait time was insane, nearly 15 minutes as everyone else and delivery people waited for our orders be to be called.

Visited today with my wife and had an uncomfortable experience. A man who appeared mentally unstable walked in, grabbed peanuts with his bare hands, paced around, and eventually sat right next to us after placing his peanuts on the table. The staff clearly noticed but did nothing to address it. We felt unsafe and uneasy, and it seemed like this might be a recurring situation based on the staff’s reaction. I have nothing against homeless or mentally ill individuals, but the restaurant has a responsibility to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for customers. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning to this location, which is disappointing because we like Five Guys.

Found this place while reading the amazing view point of Manhattan from Jersey, just one stop with train from the station in Downtown. Non much to say about this place, to me one the best hamburger I had in NYC. I just didn’t like Dr. Pepper too much because I think it was a bit diluted with water. You need to try it!

Honest review here. The wait is short. The milkshake is good. The Cajun fries are gross but they do give you a lot. I ordered a bacon burger but there was no bacon and the burger wasn’t very good. The place is a bit dingy and they are overpriced. I had my taste and won’t be coming back. Go to shake shack y’all. One good thing is that they have extensive fountain drink options. Hell yeah for that.
