This is the best and cleanest local McDonalds. The staff is friendly and well-trained in customer service. The restaurant is clean and newer than other local options. The parking lot is clean and well maintained. There’s also a Starbucks and a Trader Joe’s in this plaza, which is nice.

Went to this location for breakfast. We planned to dine in.
I am 70 years young and my adult niece is disabled.
A young woman greated us at the door and said the new McDonalds policy is to order at the Kiosk.
She said she would help. She did. Order placed. Food came. There were 2 customers seated and eating and NO ONE ON LINE OR PLACING ORDERS.
As we ate 4 others came in and the same young lady helped them by taking their orders at the register…no policy of Kiosk.
So I have to ask was this blatant discrimination against me at 70? My disabled niece? Why wasnt it policy for the 2 younger African American young women? Or the 50ish couple?
Food was ok. She did greet us and help us. But if it’s policy. It’s policy. I truly felt devalued.
There are plenty of McDonalds but I probably won’t make this one of my faves.

people were rude and did not serve my meal until 20 minutes later. I ordered a head in the pick up line and they did not come with my food. I had to go through the drive-through instead they didn’t tell me that they could not deliver my food to my car. I had to wait in a five car line at the drive-through. And before this, I went inside the store and asked for assistance and they completely ignored me. Just walked around the back room, acting like they couldn’t hear me. when I was given my food, the fries called and they did not give my extra side of fries like I ordered.

No self serve drink station. Fast service when using the app. Clean store. Pumpkin Spice Delight Iced Coffee recommended. Randomly lock the Lobby when they say they are understaffed, which seems to happen often. Sometimes they don’t even put a sign on the door; just lock it. Today they locked one door about 6:00 and the other about 6:30.

Do you like paying for food that is so sloppily thrown together that the cheese ended up on the outside of the bun on your cheeseburger? Do you like paying for food you’ll never get? Ordered a big mac no lettuce extra mac sauce and pickle. Was given a big mac with lettuce. Took it back and the cooks erent happy I brought it back so they gave me one with lettuce still and so many pickles that the box was falling apart with pickle juice totally inedible. Took it back again, no manager just a shift leader who told me she couldn’t trust tge cooks to do anything. How do I know they didn’t do worse to the food. Totally unacceptable. Have not even heard from a manager after contacting.

First and last visit. The staff is rude—they start talking to you even before you pull up to the speaker in the drive thru. Very curt. Then, a long wait at the pick-up window I almost thought they’ve forgotten me… and when I finally got my order, it was wrong! Completely wrong! I only found out when I got home. Food seemed less tasty (needs salt) and just overall disappointing. Who puts the fries HORIZONTALLY in the bag?!?
Luckily it was within a dollar of what I had paid for otherwise I would have been double mad about it. Do not recommend this location.

First window lady was extremely nice but the girls who was giving the order at the second window had no manners at all
I placed a app order requested buffalo sauce when I checked my bad there wasn’t any
So before I had a chance to speak she slammed the window shut
I could see her reflection inside but she didn’t want to open when she finally did I asked her for the sauce and explained myself saying I was going to ask for sauce but you closed the window as she handed the sauce I said thank you she ignored me I said thank you 2 more times as she finally said with a smirk on her face have a good day
I can’t believe how hard it is to simply apologize for closing the window and than a simple you’re welcome 445pm
