Teddy has a gift for hospitality. every detail was thoughtful, every recommendation spot on. You can tell he truly cares about his guests and takes pride in representing Fiife Foods.
The food itself was phenomenal, full of flavor, and clearly made with care — but it was Teddy’s service, knowledge and passion for their offerings that made it unforgettable. I’ll absolutely be back – and to join their Fit Rewards and Recycle Rewards program, too.

My first time coming here was today. I had been wanting to pick up some of there Healthy Prepared Meals for a several weeks now and did not have the opportunity until today.
I like the location; the space is very clean and is extremely organized!
When I walked in Alyssa stood up and greeted me right away, introduced herself and even shook my hand! I was thoroughly impressed with how engaging she was. I explained that it was my first time coming in, and after a few minutes of talking, we realized we knew people in common. One of which I work with. I found the selection of prepared meals robust. I selected several different ones to try. The first one I had today was the Orange Chicken and broccoli. I will say it was good, not Amazing but good, especially considering this is healthy food. I will mention that I really did like the broccoli in this meal with the sauce on it and I don’t like broccoli. I am looking forward to trying the other selections I purchased! I feel like the prices here are good, about $15 per meal.
So instead of giving this location, a Stellar four star review, I wanted to give it a Good 5 Stars!

Food is delicious and nutritious ! I travel for work and pack a week’s worth of meals into a carry on cooler. Zero issues with TSA as long as your ice packs are completely frozen solid when you go through security. Sometime I will just check the whole cooler instead. Food keeps fresh with ice packs for 10+ hours on cross country flights. Teddy expertly packages my order every Sunday, recommends new meals, and even knows my food allergies and size preferences. FIVE STARS all the way!

The staff here is amazing! I bought some meals for my husband and I and I thought they were only ok. He rated his 2.5 out of 5. I bought 4 meals for $64. They do have a policy where if you don’t love it, it’s on them. I wouldn’t say that I hated the meals they were just only ok. I will say the options are probably better then any frozen meal you would have.
