Hands down the best coffee shop in Canton, Ohio! Fair price, attentive service, and the store is clean, always spotless! There’s plenty of parking, making it super convenient. While the drive-thru line can get long in the mornings, I prefer walking in because it’s faster, and I often get extra attention; there’s never a line inside.
The cozy fireplace is a perfect touch, especially during the winter, adding such a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff here is young but attentive and respectful. It’s refreshing to see such excellent service, especially compared to other places I’ve been in NY/NJ.
The service here is outstanding, and my sandwich is always made exactly as I ordered it. I can’t recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts location enough! It’s conveniently located near my hotel in downtown Canton, and I want to thank all the amazing crew for their hard work. Your service is truly appreciated, and I hope more people get to experience it. Keep up the fantastic work, and have a great day!

Says your open on app so I ordered! Upon showing up there was a guy in the window and the people in front of me and this other guy ordered. Then when I got up there nobody was there! There was still a workers car there could tell stuff was moved around then cleaned up as trash in middle of floor . Went to doors and locked okay but guys blue car is still there . So let’s just say I lost money due to you guys and so did so many people ! And on Christmas! Manager should have shut down mobile app!

Stopped in for a couple coffees and a visit. First time here. The coffee was good! The ambiance was really cozy! The service was a bit lacking but it seemed like a newer location.

night staff are untrained and terribly unprofessional ordered a mango refresher with lemonade in the middle of order she asked are you finished 3xs then i get the drink and green tea is in i call 2xs to and get the correct drink and no answer it’s 10:24pm !! unbelievable unprofessional!!

I’m so sad that this is the only Dunkin experience canton south gets. As a previous Dunkin employee I’m so surprised at the “service” or should I say lack there of at this Dunkin. If this wasn’t the only Dunkin’s/ coffee shop in the area I’d never even bother. My coffee is never right, they get lazy with any drink the customer won’t physically see them making. The lack of acknowledgment walking into the store unless you look like you could be a mystery shop is appalling. And the amount of employees worrying about their personal lives and having extensive conversations about it instead of their job is WILD!!! It would never fly at the Dunkin’s I’ve worked with. I’ve made calls and they were “sorry” but looks like nothings changed.. sad. So ask yourself is your 6$ coffee worth the lack of effort and attitude? If not we’ll skip this line then! You’re welcome in advance. My struggle can be your dodge of a bullet of poor service and subpar coffee.

This used to be my favorite place to go get breakfast after working nights. But lately service and quality has went way down sandwiches are either burnt or cheese isn’t even melted. DONT even ask for a frozen drink because they are too busy and don’t want to make them because they will have to clean it up. When you arrive make sure that you have 3-4 choices for your doughnuts because you might need that to find one they actually have. It’s sad I go to 3 different locations 2 of them almost daily this one is the only one that has an issue. If they would quit telling customers about there employee problems maybe they could worry about putting out quality food.
