Giro did not have no souce, meat is burned and dry. I had to dump it off. meat taste nothing like meat! No drinks was given also. They bogus!

Worse sharks on all of the southside , They wont allow you to place a call in order unless you’re paying over the phone well I got news for you no one wants to give out there credit card number to a stranger from the Southside that works at a sharks, who’s also a teenage kid from the neighborhood that’s number 1, second the food isnt great because its convenient the shoe string fries are terrible they taste like crunchy grease chips, I live less than 10ft away from here and they have the audacity to tell me I cant place a call in unless I’m paying over the phone because the food isnt great not one bit I have never seen this place busy with customers fall over each other to get food from here. Pretty soon this place will be closed again cause the food is terrible and its poorly ran what a waste of space.

Every time I do uber eats this is the only Sharks & chicken that takes more than 25 mins to have the order ready. Then on top of that there is always people hanging inside and outside of there selling things making me feel uncomfortable as a client. The cashiers don’t never seem pleasant. One time a cashier was arguing with one of the cooks regarding food in front of customers. I found that to be very unprofessional considering every one was under a stressful situation being that it was busy, BUT I will say one positive I have had from this sharks is having food from there.. the food was done the way I asked and tasted good although the wings are pretty small it was good quality.

They didn’t have what I wanted on the menu and didn’t tell me until all the rest of my order was done then had to order an alternative and wait 4 that order while the rest of the food got cold and when I finally got everything my order was extremely salty and dry and not a flaky fish
